She laughs at you when you talk. She is a horrible person, much less doctor. If I could give negative stars, I would.

2day is 2/6 it is a nat'l weather disaster I live in Kings Mountain, I left 45 mins 2 go 18 miles plenty of time, it starts pouring there were trees down going into Shelby I had 2 take detours flooding, waiting 4 cars 2 pass on 1 side of roads u can't drive on, I called spoke w/ Robin a sweetheart, she stayed on ph. with me until I arrived I get out car in the pouring down rain walk into this massive bldg, there was not 1 patient in the waiting room, I walk up 2 the window receptionist states name, I replied my name , put your hand in palm scanner, I did she says your 12 mins. late.. I stated I spoke 2 Robin I had 2 take detours 4 trees down she said doesn't matter your 12 mins. late, like I didn't hear her the 1st time. She says I will c if Dr. will c u! At this point I am like r u serious. She walks off goes in 2 a glass room 2 talk 2 Dr who is shaking her head side 2 side. I waited a good 10 min. 4 her 2 tell me Dr said u will have 2 reschedule that will b April. I will not go 2

She is a no nonsense Physician. I adore her.
