Was very rude and judgmental when I came in for a checkup. Continually interrupted me when I shared the health concerns I was experiencing. I would recommend finding a different doctor.

Dr. Aversano is an excellent Doctor!!! She always listens to my concerns, takes the time to answer my questions and explain everything in terms that I could understand. With some serious health issues at this point in my life, I could not ask for a more competent, capable, caring professional than Dr. Aversano.

Dr. Aversaro (?) was so incredibly rude during my visit. It was shocking - I have never been treated this way from a doctor before. She repeatedly interrupted me while I tried to explain my symptoms, she kept rolling her eyes while I explained, and it was clear she did not take me or how I have been feeling seriously. Not only that, but when booking my appointment I was told they would take a throat swab and perform an EKG test for my symptoms. She did NEITHER and didn’t even mention either to me. I kept telling her that my chest pain was bad and that I had taken a covid PCR test which came back negative but it was clear she didn’t fully believe me and she didn’t seem to care about my symptoms. I could not believe her lack of professionalism, I felt stupid and embarrassed for coming in because of the way she treated me. It felt like she just wanted me to get out of her sight and leave. Competent doctor I think, but no follow up -- never returned a call regarding my ongoing issue.

Great and informative consultation.

Dr Aversano was great.

Dr Aversano is a great physician! She is very engaged and thorough and moves mountains to ensure I see necessary specialists quickly. Definitely recommend!

I've been seeing Dr.Aversano as my primary care for over a decade. She is fantastic - straightforward, understanding and caring. I appreciate the office staff and the bloodwork lab (in the same office). I've always been able to schedule an urgent appointment when needed, often same day.

Extremely careless billing department, in my case. Half a dozen phone calls in as many months to try to straighten out one bill. Every time I called, I was assured that a certain person would take care of the issue and would contact me if any problems came up. No one ever called and I kept receiving copies of the same bill in the mail. On the last call I was told they figured out what the problem was but never called to tell me. Extremely subpar service for this patient.

She is straight forward! She takes time to talk with you. She's not for everyone, but I love her approach and the connection we've developed over the years.
