Gave a diagnosis without follow through. Gave no information to me the parent on what the diagnosis entailed or how to cope with it. Accusatory and refused to allow us to even see our charts!

Dr. Valles made his own judgement against me. He then would not listen to my suggestions or complaints because he thought he understood my situation based on notes from a different facility. He would not even listen to my explanation.
