Terrible. Wait well over an hour past your appointment time to be seen. Comes into the office late. Such as today arrived at 10:30am when a patient had an appointment at 10am. Takes phone calls for other patients while you're in the exam room with her and tries rushing you out to finish her call. Leaves the exam room and sees another patients when she wasn't finished your exam. Absolutely horrible and would never recommend her or her office. Terrible. Pathetic patient care at this office. The staff and nurses of Dr Rubin are incompetent. My wife waited a month for a return call on her medication refill and if she needed help/advise from a nurse. Even at the office we have to wait at least an hour to see the doctor.

Dr. Rubin and the entire staff awesome. Urgent appointment when needed, follow up calls, and detailed education when asked. She make sure I get the care I need while keeping me informed. I called with an urgent issue and she saw me the same day. I love Dr. Rubin

Dr. Rubin treated me for squamous cell carcinoma. From my first meeting with her, I felt she was very knowledgeable, reassuring and confident. I knew I was going to be well taken care of. I have been seeing her for the last 4 years. She is an excellent doctor and I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

I was well attended to.

She is wonderful! Have been with her for 9 yrs and I wouldn’t have it any other way! She is very thorough and has only your best interest in mind!

All staff is caring an understanding. An Dr. Rubin is allsome, she let you talk to see what's wrong an then she try to help you the best she can no matter what. Thank you Dr. Renee rubin

I sometimes take my aging father to see Dr. Rubin for his appointments (I alternate with my sister). Dr. Rubin seems medically knowledgeable. My father trusts her, so we keep going back. However, she is an odd lady. My father likes her much more than she likes him. She has no interest in connecting with me or my sister, and does not like our questions - "I explained that last time." I have also seen her treat her staff rudely, but one of them winked at me and said "that's just her."

Doctor Rubin is A+. She has treated me for many years and has always been spot on with everything. I began seeing her mid treatment with another doctor and she was able to get me back on the right course. She was willing to advocate for me to other doctors to get the surgery I needed. Her persistence paid off and my cancer was detected very early which would not have happened with any other doctor. She knows her stuff and is a great doctor and person.

Dr. Rubin and her staff are excellent care providers. She is welcoming, informative and treats her patients with the utmost respect. Dr. Rubin has a deep concern for her patients and is more than willing to fight the insurance companies to insure that my father receives the services, medication and procedures he needs. She and her staff make an unbearable situation understandable and bearable. She is definitely one of the very best in her field hands down!!
