Over all a great experience. He was very patient and explained his diagnosis very thoroughly. He also made sure all our questions were answered before finishing up the call. Would not hesitate to call in agian.

Terrible terrible terrible human. Acts like he is better than everyone. Doesn’t listen to anything he is told . Very rude pushy and degrading. Insults your intelligence and throws fits like a 2 year old. Definition of a grump old man who needs fired

Absolute AWFUL person. Beyond demeaning , hurtful, rude, no bed side manner at all! Doesn’t allow you to speak. I wouldn’t trust him to treat a stuffed animal. Worst experience ever. Please beware. He can’t even provide base line respect.

We had a video chat on a video application with this physician about our newborn baby girl. He made a diagnosis prior to speaking with us based on the symptoms we had written on screening form. He didn't take the time to look at our baby's. In our case, it was our baby's eye that had an infection. The next day we spoke with another MD who suggested we take our baby to the ED and have her treated based on the information and history we provided. We would not recommend this physician and agree with all the other poor and negative reviews written about this physician. Please look elsewhere for the care of your child!

Dr Chaplin was very attentive to my daughters needs. I am thankful he didn’t push antibiotics when it’s only viral.

We received care from Dr Chalom very unprofessional, insensitive, demeaning.. I could go on. If you are seeking help from him, please go else ware, I would never trust Dr Chaloms judgement. He has emotionally damaged myself and my family with his judgements.

I have a child with multiple health concerns. I have seen multiple doctors, specialists, and hospitals. I have never have experienced anything like I did upon arriving in Dr. Chaloms care. He was very insensitive, aggressive, harsh, and seemed to have a different agenda to achieve rather my daughters health. He walked into the room diagnosing my child with different problems only to come find out he did not even read her chart and know if any of her health concerns. He hardly let me talk.

It was definitely easy to make an appointment. That's the only good thing I can say about this 'doctor'. I wouldn't take my dog to him let alone my child.
