I have two cyst on my fingers of my right hand. I scheduled a office visit that took me a month to get. Once there I was asked a couple of question and the Doctor looked at my finger for maybe 5 seconds total. I and was told they could not help me and would have to be referred to a hand surgeon. They said that they would refer me to Emerg Ortho. I told them I did not want to go back to this provider. I explained to them I had been there already and they did nothing to help the cysts. In actuallity their treatment made them worse. I was totally ignored. At that point and in my mind I considered going back to Emerg Ortho because it was presented that was my only choice. I then asked the nurse if the Doctor they were referring me took my insurance. The nurse just said iI don't know. Done! End of office visit. Good Bye! From the time I walked until the door until I left I was maybe there a total of 15 minutes. I was charged 90 dollars for basically nothing. I voiced my concerns to the office manager. I explained I felt I received not type of service during my visit and was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit. I expressed I thought charging 90 dollars for basically nothing was excessive. I explained to her that I realized that I did owe something for an office visit and was willing to pay something, but 90 dollars was unfair for absolutely a non-care visit. I was told in a few words the charge is 90 dollars we don't care what you think or feel about the service you received or didn't recieve today.

Excellent caring doctor. He’s very thorough. Makes sure his patients understands what he’s explaining. He’s bilingual. Communicates exceptionally well in Spanish.

Doctor Bermudez is amazing ! He did surgery on my lip ..... all i can say he has GOLD hands !!!
