Dr. Renato De Paz Querubin

Dr. Querubin is an ineffective listener. Because of that my appointment time with him was so frustrating and felt like a waste of my time and his. Read your office note when you get it in MyChart - it may seem like he's documenting about someone else.

I took my mother in law to see this guy. We waited in the waiting room for a half hour before getting back to the room. After spending some time with his assistant, we waited another HOUR before he came in. Mind you, there is only 4 other rooms in this office. Once he comes in, he was very nonchalant and asked if we filled out a survey about her hearing issues. I said no, "we been here in this room an hour and no one mentioned a survey" he said "you have to fill this out". I said "can you just go through the questions since we been here for an hour and a half already"? He said "no, I am too busy". I said "well so am I, I been here for an hour and half and nobody mentioned a survey. He said "are you refusing service then"? I was shocked, he took no interest in my mother in law and then said "I was the problem", meanwhile I am there to get help for my mother in law that is having balance issues (vertigo) and nausea. I have never had a doctor act this way towards me or my family.

I never got a chance to go there because the receptionist was so rude to me. I made a appointment somewhere else.

Doctor was terrible he did my Tonsillectomy and after I came to I was in extreme pain. They sent me home with a pain med that hadn't worked on me since I was a child! I told the hospital staff this med wouldn't work, and they did nothing. Two days later I end up in the emergency room due to the consistent pain. The ER doc took a look and said I was dehydrated due to not being able to swallow and gave me better pain meds. The Ear pain grew worse a couple days later so I went back in to see the doc. He said, "Your a different kind of breed what we call a wimp!" He looked in the left ear and nothing was wrong but then looked in the right and saw an infection. Remind you this whole time I'm in tears because of the pain. I will never go back to this doctor again or recommend anyone else to him! It's now almost a week later and I still can't swallow anything including own spit! I gave birth to four children and wasn't in this much pain. Office dirty. Instrument s of examination were not sterile. Did not fix my broken nose at all but told me he would do surgery for half the price with cash payment even tho I have insurance that would cover the entire cost. Seeing a real ENT now.

Great Doctor. I would never go with any other This doctor, knows what he is doing. And does a great job doing it.

Exam room seemed extremely dusty when I was there. Doctor seemed to not want to be there. Told me to take an allergy med that I was already taking and didn't listen when I told him that, so after two visits and no answers I ended up going somewhere else for help.

I got ear surgery from him and i hardly feel any pain i do gotta wear this thing on my head and its very uncomfortable but other then that im very satisfied with these lovely people.

I don't like he left one exam room after irrigating someone's ears to my exam room with the same gloves... He reviewed my CT with me and continually stated my right side in fact it's the left. I also asked him 3 times to examine my left ear.. Never happened! I'll be looking for a new ent Dr for surgery!

Fast and easy

Very knowledgeable. Most of the you are in and out. Staff very friendly also.

He was very caring, and did a fantastic job! I am very grateful to him and Janice for helping me.

I was a patient of Dr. Querubin's last year. He is a fantastic surgeon. I was referred to him for thyroidectomy and after two surgeries, you cannot even see the scar! Very professional and caring. I would recommend him to anyone in need of this procedure.

Dr. Querubin has been my daughter, NOELLE'S Dr thru many of her surgeries. He's very knowledgeable, well mannered,and takes his time with us. He's kind and gentle and speaks to us with respect. He's the best! ??

Have seen him for many years now. Several surgeries, 0 complications. Very personable.
