Renato F Delacruz

I've been going to Dr. Delacruz for about 2 years and I see him once a month. The first few times I saw him, he talked with me and listened to everything I had to say. Some of our appointments were almost an hour, so I find the wait times are understandable. I have been brushed off by doctor's because I was too young to have the back issues I do. I was in so much pain and fell into a deep depression. Dr. Delacruz helped me fight it and I will be forever grateful. He remembers everything I tell him. He is truly an amazing doctor and human being.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to see Dr. Dela Cruz I was there for lab results was taken to a room and continued to wait, I finally left and asked his nurse to send me a letter if my labs were abnormal. I also paid my coPay and his office billed my insurance for a 45 minute office visit. I reported this to the ins. nothing went well with this visit.

Awful. Lazy. Incompetent. I had been having an ongoing UTI and sinus infection. I was always worried about BPH turning to prostate cancer as my PSA recently went up when I had labs done for my insurance company. He didn’t do any tests to check why I had inflammation or what was causing my UTI. He didn’t even try to give me anything to treat the UTI. He didn’t do any basic tests. All he did was tell me to see a specialist which will take months to get into. Now my family is worried and I have to make plans for the worst because I have no clue what’s going on with my health.

Staff is terrible at getting appts scheduled, he wanted me to lie to the ER staff to be treated there & I saved the vm from him to prove it, would not see him again
