This afternoon, my husband, who had a severe allergy recently, visited Dr. Reid Johnstone. With permission, I was there with my husband in the examination room. Everything went as it should in the examination room until Dr. Johnstone suddenly stood up and told my husband to wait a minute. My husband was in the middle of recounting his allergic symptons and the procedures he went through. So, my husband stopped and we thought Dr. Johnstone needed to go out temporarily and would be back very soon. We waited for Dr. Johnstone to come back to the examination room because we had more allergy sympton information to let him know and we had a few questions to ask as well. For insatnce, how about my husband's breathing? is there anything we need to pay attention to? Should my husband take Zyrtec? etc. Unfortunately, Dr. Johnstone didn't come back to the examination room. Instead, a nurse came in and told us to check out. We told her that we were waiting for Dr. Johnstone who we thought would be back. The nurse said no, Dr. Johnstone is not coming back and is in another examination room. When we were checking out, we told the check-out lady that we would like to know if Zyrtec should be taken everyday. The lady asked Dr. Johnstone this question and we were told yes at least before we find out what is going on. This was our experience. Absolutely amazing. It is super rare to find a physician that truly cares. I would recommend him to anyone.

My one office visit for a severe rash and itching condition was a Complete Waste of my time. I never had a doctor say "I'm Stumped" about a condition. He commented about having a several hundred national network of doctors he could consult to find a cause. Told me he would call me back, Never Did! I had to call back several times with no response or answer. He seemed to have no experience or qualifications in this medical field, only confusion and lack of professional courtesy to respond back.
