This doctor is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Bataille has gone above and beyond to be sure that my childrens complete health and wellness have been made first priority. She is extremely knowledgable and personable. I never was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact her or her staff, they were super speedy in responding to my inquiries. The office is inviting and her staff members are friendly and helpful in every way. This doctor is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Bataille has gone above and beyond to be sure that my childrens complete health and wellness have been made first priority. She is extremely knowledgable and personable. I never was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact her or her staff, they were super speedy in responding to my inquiries. The office is inviting and her staff members are friendly and helpful in every way.

Bad communication skills I’ve been calling these people all morning before they even open instead of been rejected my phone call and not picking up. I even called at 9 doing business hours

I wish I can give zero stars. If your looking for an absolutely amazing doctor, then your in the right place. However if your looking for great service, to be comfortable, and updated about your child health, RUN! I took my child to the doctors because of rashes. They took samples of rashes to send to the lab and left out the room. Me and my son was in the room for 47mins before I walked out asking what’s going on. The ladies in the front response was “oh I thought you been left” that’s was the first red light. Second, after 3 weeks waiting on my child’s results I eventually got fed up and called to get the result the receptionist answer and said “we been got the results, but we need a provider to go over them with you” (why wasn’t I notified when the first received them??)I said when will that happen she told me the next day. Ok. Patiently waited, no call. I called back two days later and the phones were on night at 11:37am when they close at 12. I called the after hours demanding that they page the doctor to talk to me because my sons rashes are getting worst. 10 mins later the same receptionist calls me saying that the doctor will call me the next day because she is gone for the day. I said why didn’t she call me yesterday like you told me she would. Her response was “I forgot to tell her”. Excuse me?? Obviously my sons health isn’t important or valued here. Third, the very next day. Still no call however they called in a prescription. So you can call in a prescription but not call me and explain to me what’s going on with my child?? So again I called the office and spoke with ms. Renee. I tried not to take my anger out on her because she’s actually one of the only good people left in the front. I told her at this point I’ll take my child somewhere else can I just talk to the doctor. Of course I had to wait again but the doctor did call me. Not his doctor but a doctor. When I asked can I speak with Dr Bataille she told me “for what? I’m giving you the results now” obviously aggravated with me. I said I will like to tell her about my experience so things can change because I would hate for a parent with a “real” medical issue be treated the way I was. But of course no one called. And I don’t expect them too. I wish I can give zero stars. If your looking for an absolutely amazing doctor, then your in the right place. My children loves Dr Bataille and her staff. In their own words " mommy everyone was very nice" after every visit. From the front desk, nurses/ MA to the doctor, everyone is friendly and show professionalism. We have being going to Dr. Bataille since since infancy. Best Pediatrician in town! Intimate setting. Personable pediatrician.

I would like to thank Dr Bataille for her great service as medical provider. She is very nice, highly educated in medical knowledge and her care to my kids is amazing. I strongly recommend this pediatrician.

The best that I know off

I've been with this staff ever since I was a toddler, I love this office and I love the people. They always treat me and my mother like we're family and I'm happy that my little sister is taken care of there. I'm 18 now and I will truly be sad the day I have to get an adult doctor in a couple of years.
