I wish I could give negative stars. I really wanted to bring my kids here because of how great I heard everyone was.... Then I dealt with Robin. What a poor choice to have as the first and main point of contact. I instantly decided to take my business elsewhere. As I had this conversation with my friend who referred me, he said she is like this all the time. She won't return calls, has a bad attitude every appointment and schedule appointments without the parent's authorization. I wish I could give negative stars. Great office and my 8 years son seems comfortable . My only feedback is the front desk staff was not very welcoming yesterday 3/30/21 . When I text to alert them we had arrived no response for 5 minutes and when I text again to ask if I can come in the response was “ give us a moment”. That should have been the response when I initially text. When we arrived to the office the receptionist’s greeting was not welcoming at all. Our last 2 visits everyone else greeted us with a smile and also greeted my son. This particular receptionist did not. When I handed her my Covid screening questionnaire she didn’t make eye contact just grabbed it from me and continued her conversation. When I returned to pick up my son I again text to let the office know I arrived. No response for another 5 minutes so I just walked inside the clinic. I work in healthcare and we are huge on customer service , for myself I work in leadership and I would not be happy if my staff made any patient feel the way I felt as if I didn’t matter. Maybe she was having a bad day. Regardless when we serve the community and work in Healthcare especially, our customer services skills should be on point each and every time to every patient. Other than yesterday’s experience I absolutely love the office and staff and happy we choose Dr. Griggs. Great office and my 8 years son seems comfortable . Dr Griggs and staff are top notch! The staff is very friendly and organized. The staff is very attentive and explains all procedures.

Staff was friendly and covid safety precautions were in place I felt very comfortable with all new procedures in place for distances in between patients.

Dr. Griggs and his staff are always so friendly and professional. They explain everything that they’re doing step by step so that you are included in your treatment plan. I am halfway through my Invisalign treatment and I can definitely say I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else.

I was amazed how quick and easy the braces appointment was for my child. My normally very sensitive autistic kid handled it very well and I give major credit to Dr Griggs and his staff for this. Also, the pricing is very clear and transparent, which I appreciated.

Both of our kids have received excellent care and treatment from Dr. Griggs. Their staff and techs are polite and were responsive to our needs. We really appreciate everything they have done to improve our kids smile!

Great experience, and a lovely staff. Everyone seemed so happy, and there were good looking pictures of the staff members together, being silly with big smiles! I loved to see that! All of my daughters friends have gotten their braces from Dr. Griggs. He makes you feel very comfortable, along with the rest of the staff.

They provided a very friendly professional experience during my visit to get evaluated for braces.

Had an amazing first visit! Everyone was extremely nice and explained everything in detail. Dr. Griggs was also great and explained everything made my daughter and I feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions.

I had 3-4 different consultations before finding Dr. Griggs and his wonderful staff - I couldn't more happier with my experience with their friendly and exceptional service after my 2 years with them. Not only were they affordable and accommodating with our monthly care plan on top of receiving a nice discount, they also took such great interest in understanding my specific needs the moment I sat down to go over my treatment plan. If you're an adult redoing braces again after a relapse from not wearing our retainers over the years, you'll be in great hands here. Side bonus, if you also happen to be a new mom and need someone to look after your little one, the staff here will be more than happy to accommodate this! I love my results! Orthodontic treatment can be a bit intimidating as an adult but Dr Griggs and his staff made my experience such a positive experience. I look forward to sending my young children to Griggs orthodontics, when the time comes.

Wonderful experience! All my children have been patients of Dr. Griggs and now I am returning for myself. Its so amazing how the technology has changed but its so cool to see how Dr. Griggs is right up there with the Best. From the moment you walk into the office up to the time that you leave the experience is exceptional. Staff is very professional, the office is clean, they have refreshments for you and the staff is super welcoming. The equipment that they have is clean, they have state-of-the-art equipment and new equipment that is not readily available at other orthodontist offices. They have an incentive program for youth that get races to help encourage good oral hygiene and they have various options for paying for your braces which are very helpful to the parent or guardian. Doctor griggs sits with you and explains in detail everything that's going to happen with your child's orthodontic journey with him. They talk about the different types of braces, different types of scenarios and gives you an overall view of what to expect and how things will progress. when you leave the office you walk away with a folder that has pictures of your face or your child's face from front view with a smile without a smile and a side view and then you have about five different photos of your teeth as they are when you walk in the office. they will talk about the progression of your teeth and how your face may change a bit and just the overall experience.
