He is apt to push pharmaceuticals on patients without apparent regard for the other medicines the patient is taking. He is unwilling to listen to opposing viewpoints. He is the gatekeeper for a referral to Rochester and seems unwilling to facilitate that. I would not recommend Dr. Reggie.
