I have not been in contact with Dr. RheenaShah, I miss her , I need a follow up. I spent a lot of time with an accident, witch turned into a Rotary Cuff injury,very miserable. Thank You!

Dr Shah has been my Primary Care physician for about 8 years now. She is not only knowledgeable and professional but also a very caring individual who takes the time to listen and really get to know her patients.

I just spent 25 minutes of my day trying to make an appointment with Dr. Shah as a new patient. I was put on hold and left there with no one returning. Given the run around with 2 other dismissive people on the other end of the phone. Dr. Shah came recommend by a Cardiologist from Rush Copley. How disappointing, that something as simple as making an appointment is so frustrating. My blood pressure is up and thats the reason for the visit but after this experience it's probably even more elevated. I will go back to the Cardiologist and let her know the way I was treated and maybe she can relay that to Dr. Shah. Hopefully improvements can be made to the way appointments are taken. Also treat people with respect and make that extra effort.

I saw Shah for the 1st time today. I loved her! She was extremely knowledgeable. She looked through my charts & took her time. I felt she sincerely cared for my well being. I felt heard and respected. I felt confident in her care. Her assistant was so sweet and made me laugh. The doctor was right on time & I didn't have to wait. Excellent care today. So impressed with everything today. After yrs of trying to find the right doctor, she was so knowledgeable. I have been searching for answers for years & I felt she was willing to go the extra mile & help find answers. Such a sweet doctor

I would definitely recommend her. She shows a friendly demeanor and experience. She talks over everything and explains everything you ask her. She will order tests that she might not be sure of.
