I just want to give a huge thank you to doctor Reda Bestawrous. Me as well as my daughter were both patients at the clinic. He provided excellent customer service making me and my daughter comfortable and feel that we were in great hands at this clinic. Thank you Dr.Bestawrous

Only doctor in Keller I could use on Obamacare. Am diabetic and doctor prescribed me Manjauro for my diabetes and it worked great. Cost $25 for first 2 prescriptions, $167 for 3rd and pharmacy wanted $900 per prescription after discounts going forward. Being that I can't afford that amount and the drug worked so well bringing my A1C down from 9.4 to 6.6 in 3 months, I asked the doctor to write a prescription to an FDA and TX board certified drug compounding company that could make very similar but not exact prescription, using same ingredients plus additive to help with nausea compared to ozempic for $150 per month. He declined with no logical explanation and wouldn't even talk to me about it. When I decided to switch to a more modern doctor who understands this stuff, Bestawrous clinic told me they had to charge me $135 per Texas state law for copies of my records. When I challenged them on this "law" they said it was law, and when challenged again, they finally admitted that they were allowed to charge this maximum amount allowed by law. Don't get on wrong side of these folks as it will end poorly; not to mention they miss bill and want you to pay for their mistakes.

I really like the staff here, they take all insurance and helped get my cancer diagnosis and treatment plan started. Been seeing them since 2020.

Worst doc I have ever dealt with. Lies to his patients, staff is useless, and he cut off a medication of mine that resulted in a 20 day $60 0,000 hospital stay after I had siezures and nearly died. Run away from this place like your hair is on fire.

I started seeing this doctor the first of the year and I was nervous due to the reviews. Last month I started having heart issues. I went to the ER twice, I thought I was having a heart attack. Long story short I followed up with this doctor. He did a EKG in office and he made a call to a cardiologist and told him I really needed help, I was crying and had not slept in 3 days. That cardiologist had me in within two hours. I had meds on board by that afternoon. They really do care. His actions showed me that I mattered to him. His staff has been nothing less then wonderful with helping my entire family with referrals and med refills. If you’re looking for a doctor give them a chance because I am super impressed. Horrible and disgusting facility. Very old and dingy. Does not feel clean at all. Not ADA accessible. Don’t bother going there in a wheelchair, or pushing someone in a wheelchair chair. There are mats and rugs you trip on entering the building and facility. Very small exam rooms. Not up to date on technology, meaning no VTChat, Zoom, etc. They don’t call in prescriptions or refills without going to them for a handwritten one. However, They schedule you unexpectedly via text though when you don’t even request or agree to an appointment. They also don’t handle much besides a blood pressure check, blood draw and numerous referrals, which you never hear back from. No follow up and just bills. No communication with the staff, nurses, doctors, PA and ownership. The owner Cristine Bestawrous is extremely rude and unprofessional if you try to offer positive criticism on how she handles her practice. Tried several times to give them the benefit of doubt , unfortunately, no such luck. I wish I could give 0 stars. I strongly DO NOT recommend them. good doctor and very lovely staff

Horrible! Didn't look at the chart for more than 2 seconds and gave medical advice that if had looked further, he never would have given. Completely ruined the doctor/patient relationship I had with the NP he supervises as well as any future relationship as a patient of his. I refuse to go back to his clinic ever again.

I have been seeing Dr. Reda for years. Lately the service has become terrible. They can't do this and won't do that. I have never been treated so bad. I called this man my go to Dr. and now he is a don't go to practice.

I always 'shop' around for a good doctor at all the countries where I had been to! Dr. Bestawrous is all ears to his patient's problems. I and my family visit him since the last 4 to 5 years at his clinics in Rufe Snow Dr. and Keller Parkway. Very helpful and attentive to caring for me thanks

Dr Bestawrous is a wonderful doctor. He is patient and his bedside manner is completely awesome. We've been patients of his for over 5 years and have been given the best care and prescriptions. I would highly recommend his practice to families or singles looking for a great doctor in Keller who delivers top notch care for his patients. Another thing to mention is that his front office staff are always very helpful and professional we've NEVER had an issue with this clinic. There have been some turnover at the front desk but that can happen at any Doctors Office.

First impressions are everything most of the time but I make a exception for the doctors office in Watauga. Once you get past the hateful lady at the front desk and her loud foul mouth this place is a gem! Katy his nurse is so busy but always takes time to remember little things about me and that really shows how caring and sweet she is. She is the reason I still go to this clinic. Katy asks me how my day is going and cares about me and my family. She celebrates my milestones as I recover from surgery. What a priceless person to have found! We love you Dr B but we love Katy just a bit more!!

excellent Dr and very friendly staff.DR Reda takes his time to explain the condition and what needs to be done .Been my Dr for the last 5 yrs and very satisfied with his performance and the performance from his staff.

The staff at this office are very rude and incompetent. My husband called the office pertaining to Med Refills. They would never return his call. He finally called the Keller Office and they transferred him to the Watauga office and they picked up immediately. He told them he needed refills on his meds. Instead of telling him he would need to schedule an appointment they rudely responded by stating “the Dr hadn’t seen you!” Instead of replying, “We will need to schedule an appoint for you to see the Dr”. The reason he hadn’t scheduled an appointment was due to the fact they had not returned his calls or answered the phone. Plus the Dr previously gave him refills to last a few months. He likes the Dr but the staff at this office could do a better job.

I have been going to Dr. Bestawrous for several years! He is the best! I never have to hardly wait, easy to schedule! Love his office help! I go to the Keller office! I especially like Amanda and Laura, his PA’s! I always get my referrals fast! I have been to other doctors and he is the best! I usually don’t like to see PA’s but his are the best! I see him if I have a real bad problem! My daughter use to go to him years ago! She doesn’t go to him anymore as she has no insurance now!

Misdiagnosed 1st visit. I had to return for correct treatment. Also,the office refused to sign a simple health status form needed, necessary for a social service representative. Very uncaring. They stated I needed to reschedule a physical, although the form stated otherwise.

GARBAGE ..... this is the worst office staff on the planet....they deserve no star

Never open all day. Office staff is rude. Getting a referral is difficult. They refuse to call in refills to a pharmacy. Shall I go on?

Stay far, far away from this place. By far the worst treatment I've ever received from a Doctor. I won't elaborate, but I will say that I'm extremely rarely moved enough to leave a bad review. It was almost two years ago and I'm just now getting around to this.

I saw the nurse practitioner, I had pain in my ears, she told me there's only fluids and no need for antibiotics, at night the pain got worse went to carenow and they told me I have ear infection. Worked here for almost a year. Love my job. The DR is very blunt but so smart he will tell u what's wrong before even hearing your hole story. We deep clean 2 or 3 times a week. So it's very clean I would bring my own family here. The Nurse practitioner is so down to earth and very smart she treats and sees my husband.. the girls I work with are more like Family super sweet and very respectful of our patients.. Just to warn everyone- if you have a co pay and haven't met your deductible, I was just told that it's his offices practice to charge you the contracted rate of your insurance company (in this case $196) upfront and if they owe you anything you'll get a refund.

Office is staff is clueless! I have gotten four statements for something that I payed for on the day of the visit. The first time I called I was told their billing company was behind on posting payments and to disregard the statement. I continued to receive statements so I called again. The women I spoke to was extremely rude. She told me that it was the billing company's fault. The billing company held the payments for a year without posting them. I asked her why they were sending out statements if they were that behind on posting payments. She said they don't have control of it because it was the billing company doing it not them. I reminded her that this has gone on for four months and I will get an attorney if I have to. She said that sounded like a good idea and then they'll just deal with it from there and she hung up. I called back and spoke with another staff member she said that the payments were actually posted but there was a glitch in the system and statements were being sent out by accident. I told her that nothing she is saying makes sense. I asked her to have Dr. Bestawrous call me back. So he can explain why he keeps sending me a statement for something I already paid him for. This guy is a joke. First of all the place is dirty. The front door doesn't even close all the way. I went in with a pinched nerve in my neck and asked for a referal to my chiropractor (a friend had this same issue in his back and his chiropractor fixed it). He told me he didn't like chiropractors so he gave me a muscle relaxer and anti-inflamitories and said this would work. He told me if it did not work then he would give me the referral. I thought that was fair enough. Two weeks later with my neck even worse than before i called for my referral and was told he does not give referrals to chiropractors (so this means he lied to me previously). I aksed to speak with him on the phone and was told i would have to come in and pay for an office visit to speak with him. Crazy!! My wife went to him with a throat infection and asked for antibiotics. She was told that it wasn't that bad so he gave her nose spray and told her she would be fine. Two days later she was sick as a dog (with the throat infection). She called in and finally he gave her a prescription but she was sick for 6 days and it could have been avoided.
