My husband is a patient of this group of doctors. I called for an appt and was told no one had an available appt today. I asked If I should take him to the emergency room since his UTI or kidney infection symptoms couldn't wait. The scheduling lady said let me send out a message to all the doctors in the group to see if anyone could work him in. We received a call about an hour later saying Dr. Rung will work him in. Thank you Dr. Rung! This meant so much! I know this was an inconvenience to your day but your professionalism and care meant the world to my husband who was in pain!

I have been going to Dr. Rung for over 5 years now and she is the best doctor I have had as an adult. She knows me by name without having to look at a chart and cares for her patients as a whole person not just a number etc. She desires to be a part of the decision making process on medications/treatments. Dr. Rung responds very quickly to her emails via the Atrium site. I would recommend her in the highest possible terms to anyone. I have been going to Dr. Rung for over 5 years now and she is the best doctor I have had as an adult. She knows me by name without having to look at a chart and cares for her patients as a whole person not just a number etc. She desires to be a part of the decision making process on medications/treatments. Missed my husband's prostate cancer when his PSA levels were in her reports. At Atrium it is difficult for consumers to find PSA levels on line. She never mentioned the levels were increasing. The information was in her hands. Changed physicians because her attitude was very unpleasant at his last appointment. New physician immediately sent him for a biopsy. Seven out of twelve punches were positive for cancer. He had a total prostatectomy in October 2019.

Dr Rung is polite & thorough . She explains procedures & medications in simple language

If your looking for doctor who is opinionated and never listens to you she is the one. Nurses are very distant and rude. Don't dare call for refill because it takes days for staff to call you just to say make appointment which takes week or more to schedule. Would never recommend her to anyone.
