Such a great person, in 2013 this doctor was the absolute best! I was a first time mom and freaking out at every little thing! Dr. Floyd called me at almost 3 am to talk to me about what was going on! This was so long ago and that’s the one memory that stays with me, most doctors don’t listen to you or write you off as crazy! She didn’t, she made a huge impact that night! My experience with her was not good. I had seen her years ago and I liked her but my last appointment with her was terrible. She was condescending to me and acted like I was exaggerating my symptoms. She didn't listen and didn't seem to care. She did some blood tests but her office didn't tell me the results. When I called I was told the test was normal. I asked if I should come back in and was told, "Why would she want to see you again when your results were normal?" Never mind that I still had symptoms. I did find another doctor who listened and I am now being treated for several conditions. I would not recommend her.

I cannot comment on any of the doctors at Sophia Meyer Family Practice. I called to get an appointment as a new patient and was asked about my medications and insurance. Once I answered, the girl said she'd call back. She never did. I called later in the day and she said she was still doing "research." I asked what kind of research and she only said she'd get back to me. Very strange. She never did call back in the next three days, so I found another physician.

My husband and I have been her patients for over 25 years and she is the best. She always gets us in when we need help and diagnosed everything from heart conditions to cancer and everything in between. She takes time with us and never makes us feel pushed. She's the best

dr. Floyd has been my doctor for 20-plus years. she is always through and courteous. I would recommend her. Great doctor!

Dr. Floyd was extremely rude in the office. Did not want to listen to anything I had to say. Basically told me she wasn't going to help me got up and walked out. No instructions on if the appointment was through or not. I would not recommend her to anyone. All others in office are great and have never had a bad experience until my appointment with her.
