Dr Dobbins is very nice, professional and very skilled. The only take on the practice is that the staff is not skilled enough when it comes to adjusting the frame to my comfort. I had a new glasses for more than a month and it hurts so bad! I went to get it adjusted about 4x but it still hurts. I need someone to fix the frame so that I can wear it???? Dr. Dobbins is wonderful. And her staff is awesome.

Very poor customer service. They acted very upset that I chose to not buy my frames and glasses through them. After getting the glasses (Bifocals) I was unable to see the computer screen. When I called to explain this they told me it was the fault of the eye glass place. Even though I told the doctor I sat at a computer all day and she told me specifically we will stay with Bifocals not Trifocals. Very poor customer service. They acted very upset that I chose to not buy my frames and glasses through them. … More

Very nice staff and the dr was very nice. She was able to get a seed tick off of my 3 yr old daughters eye just by explaining what she was doing. So sweet!
