I absolutely love and appreciate Dr. Basset & Dr. Ibazebo. These doctors are the best! They've been very kind and helpful. They always take time to listen and ask questions about the pain in my knees and back. They put a treatment plan in place and discuss providing a plan B (if needed). I highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Basset is very personable, listens with concern and truly wants to help her patients. Spends as much time as needed with her patients! Rare in most doctors offices/visits. Very knowledgeable and thorough as well as gives suggestions and referrals for extra help if needed. LOVE her and Patty!

Very informative and professional, while maintaining a relaxed manner

I love her. She's been treating my osteoporosis for a few years. Always keeps Up with my lab work. She's genuinely concerned and provides thorough treatment. I went to her about my foot injury and she was great. I had started with a Podiatrist and had a very bad experience. I feel very lucky to have her in my corner.

Dr. Bassett was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained clearly my issue and provided several options for treatment. She applied an injection which was relatively painless and suggested a further visit if the issue persisted. I was very impressed with her demeanor and wouldn’t hesitate to return to her if necessary.

Dr. Bassett is warm, she smiles a lot, she listens, and has a good sense of humor. Her demeanor made me feel relaxed and ready for the treatment she proposed. I feel very confident we will get positive results. I highly recommend!

DR Bassett is one of the is a geat Doctor and she works to get you well. her staff is great and she is great at giving injections

I met Dr Bassett for the first time and immediately liked her and knew she knew what she was talking about. I had a pain in my knee-and she found it and figured out how to treat it. She is easy to talk to and explains things clearly.

Dr. Bassett and her PA made us feel very welcome! I have a non/verbal child that suffers with anxiety at doctor appointments and can tend to get upset very easily. Dr.Bassett took her time with us, worked with strategies to make my son more comfortable and was very understanding to our needs the entire time. She was a true pleasure to see and work with!

Dr Bassett is one of the best Doctors I have ever had, and that’s saying something! She is professional and kind. She listens and inquires into your physical and emotional feelings in such a caring way. I didn’t wait too long and felt she was thorough. I wish more doctors were like her.

Dr. Bassett is a great listener and recommends conservative treatments. I have seen her over the past five years, and her guidance has been perfect.

Giving 5 stars for Dr. Bassett. She is fantastic! she very knowledgeable, kind and has a great bedside manner. My daughter always finds it easy to talk to and that's not the case usually when we got o doctors' offices. Dr. Bassett is so easy and she cares about her patients. My family and I have seen 3-4 docs here across the years but she has become our "go-to". I don't think how awesome she is. We LOVE Dr. Bassett and her assistant, she is just as awesome!!!!! Dr. Bassett asked questions to confirm my symptoms and reason for visit. My wait time was short, both she and her Assistant were courteous, and the overall visit was positive.

Dr. Rebecca Bassett saw me today for a 6 mo. check up for my bone density. I received a Prolia shot. She is so pleasant and willing to listen to any medical problem. She reviewed my Bone Density results. She also listened to me talking about losing my husband in Oct. to Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Dr. Basset is the doctor you hope for. She listened, explained the origin of my pain and suggested a treatment program in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Although I didn’t like the diagnosis, she made it palatable.

The visit went well. It was my first visit with Dr. Bassett. She and her staff were very helpful. She was very caring and listened carefully to my comments and questions. I was pleased with the appointment.

My husband has been a patient for a few years now. I cant say enough good things about Murphy Wainer. Pleasant when making an appointment. Emergency evenings and weekend care. They have their own X-ray and MRI machines. They do out patient surgery at Surgery Center of Greensboro. They are every efficient and kind. I just saw Dr. Bassett and i love her. Early morning appointment, i was in and out in less than an hour even including X-ray and a cortizone shot. They are so effiecient but also friendly and pleasant. We have felt very well cared for. We had a great experience with Dr. Bassett. Office was running on time. Her medical assistant was fantastic and thorough, and was wonderful with my 10 year old daughter (the patient). Dr. Bassett was also great, explained everything thoroughly and gave us options for treatment. Definitely recommend!

Very nice and understanding. A relief to find a great replacement for my wife's orthopedic doctor who retired.

Although they were running about 40mins behind, I didn't feel rushed and I received a thorough assessment including x-rays. Gave me different options for treatment and listened to what I wanted to start with instead of jumping straight into shots and pills. Making a follow-up appointment was a breeze and I still left in time to get to where I needed to be after the appointment. Dr. Bassett explained the type of break I had in my foot, and gave me specific reasons for why we needed to treat it the way we did. She was informative, competent, invested in my care, and awesome. I highly recommend her!

Excellent! None better. Gave the best (least painful) cortisone shots I ever received. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Her nurse was also #1. All around great service. Highly recommend.

We love Dr. Bassett! She is both professional and personal. I never feel as though she's rushing to get us out the door. She addresses my son directly rather than expecting me to interpret-- she's THE BEST!

Dr B is very thorough with my exam. Asked me questions. Her shoulder cortisone injection was almost pain free. She also gave me exercises to do at home.

In and out of the office in a timely matter Dr. Bassett is the best..interested in me and my issues. I feel so comfortable with her.

This was my first visit with Dr. Bassett, after having been a patient of Dr. Voytek for 20 + years. I was very impressed and felt as if she was very aware of my issues. It was an extremely positive and smooth transition.

Dr Rebecca Bassett, was very nice to my mother . But I can tell you the rest of the staff , the are the laziest people most . Someone who is the head over these people is not doing their job,because they would be looking for another Job!!
