I have C-PTSD from numerous traumatic experiences in combat and in law enforcement, as well as a terrible childhood. Rebecca provides EMDR treatment and it has not only been life saving, but life changing.
I have found Rebecca to be one of the most balanced and supportive therapists I have ever utilized. She has a full grasp on psychological theories and how best to equip the client with helpful coping skills while addressing the issues at hand. She has helped me learn how to adequately respond to particular emotional events while providing positive reinforcement and guidance as I learn to approach emotional issues in a healthy manner. Her support and genuine care for me has been invaluable.
