great doctor but not at this location

Worst experience ever I felt rushed, he kept looking at his watch, I felt uncomfortable, my questions weren’t being answered effectively. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Dr Martin was thorough, thoughtful and very knowledgable. He answered my questions and was respectful of my opinions even if they differed from his. He has a wealth of knowledge that comes from years of experience and a genuine caring for his patients. I could be considered one of those people that doesn't trust doctors, and prefer to have the least medical interventions and he suggested excellent alternatives. He gained my trust and respect in one visit. I highly recommend him.

I was a patient of Dr Martin for a few years. I'm not sure why I continued with him after a staff member called me about a test results, but was reading results from someone else's chart. Then no apology, and I was told i didn't need to come back. I told him not to do an hiv test, which he did even after I told him that I had not been sexually active that year, and more. Worst doctor in South Florida.

I love Dr. Martin. He is an awesome Doctor and listens to his patients. The staff is also good but the office is VERY slow. Long wait times and I used to be able to get my lab results in 3-4 days and I've now had to wait nearly 2-3 weeks for results which is unacceptable in my opinion. If patients had an urgent issue or a disease that can affect them, they would have it for 3 weeks, because it takes that long for the doctors to review results. Switching my PCP come the new year. Not happy.

After 26 years, his attitude has changed, and not for the better. He's more interested in discussing perks with pharmaceutical reps (outside the examination room) than making sure his patients are seen in a timely manner (on our last visit, we waited nearly an hour). Also, be prepared to jump through hoops if you want a referral to a higher-rated specialist (that he's not associated with); even with a week's notice, he kept us waiting until hours before an appointment before sending the referral

This used to be a nice family practice but recently they are a mess. Extra long wait times like two or three hous!!!!In my opinion the doctor's there can't even handle a simple checkup..For a school physical for my 15 yr old it took three days and 136.oo cash..Skip all the aggravation and go to an urgent care doctor 30.oo and 40 minutes in and out.Boy I regret coming here

This office is horrible. They have the most U FRIENDLY staff.. Dirty.. Unorganized.. If you have an appointment prepare to wait 2 hours anyway.

The positive first. Was treated by the Physician Assistant, Dr. Douglas, who was knowledgeable, professional and right on! Now, the negatives...LOTS OF THEM.... No greeting by a smiling receptionist; she does not even look at you upon entrance. Expect to wait a minimum of 1 or 2 hours, even if you have a fixed appointment. Expect a totally cluttered office with files all over, dirty floors and furniture even if they operate a lab there. Doctor and staff yell at each other in your presence!
