Staff was very friendly and Dr Jafri was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to me and made an effort of understanding how my pain originated unlike other doctors who just want to get me in and out. Dr Jafri provided a thoughtful treatment plan and really seems to provide an individualized experience. Will definitely recommend him to others.

Great people, excellent doctor!

Dr Jafri gave me an option to relieve the pain in my knee, but I was extremely unhappy at his lack of professionalism when I asked a polite question. When I arrived, they gave me a cup and asked for a urine sample, I was told it was for drug testing which I expected. However, when I opened the little door to put the cup in for them to collect, there were FOUR other cups of urine from other people sitting in there already. When he came to the exam room, I told him I was concerned about all those samples sitting there, as someone could tamper with them. He was extremely sarcastic asking me if they "should have FBI agents to ensure the chain of custody". I told him that I was simply asking why they had been left there instead of retrieved and taken back to where they are packed for shipping to the lab. He then informed me that "he trusted his patients" not to mess with them. If this is for drug testing, why would they leave multiple patient's samples in the collection area?

I recently had platelet rich plasma injections (PRP) and it is already making a huge difference in my back pain. It’s a very interesting treatment that I chose due to years of chronic back pain and my cervical and thoracic areas have ongoing issues. ( herniated disc, bulging disc, arthritis, old injury). I’m surprised at how quickly the benefit is and the full effect will be felt at three months. Dr. Jafri has been excellent with my ongoing care!

Doctor Jafri has been taking care of my back pain for over a year now and I have been very satisfied with him and recommend him to other folks. He spent a lot of time with me the first time we met and reviewed all my medical history from the other doctors who have treated me in addition to my images. Then he explained my condition to me on the images in a way that even I could understand (I have no medical knowledge) and offered me all the things he could do and told me what he could not do, which I appreciate! He does a great job with his procedures, he's quite the artist there! The one that worked for me and lasted was the RFA, but I guess it is a trial and error and requires patience. He does not like to write opioids as we are facing a crisis and he knows that people could die or get addicted, which I found very professional. I never felt my pain was undertreated though. He is very honest and straight forward, so don't take his words personal because his comments could sometimes shock you, but when you think about it, the guy is just saying the truth, and that's what I rather to hear. His staff are also amazing and welcoming, I always feel comfortable talking to them. It's not a fancy office, so you don't get charged for their looks. It's a professional doctors office that only cares to help you get back on your normal life. Thank you Doctor Jafri, I thought I should let you know how grateful I am for what you have done for me!

He asked me for $500 cash, or he could not do the procedure. He said, tell your wife to go to an ATM, you cannot mail it in."

He is great and gets right to right spot with epidurals, faucet injections, and with trigger point injections very gently so it’s not very painful. He is also a very kind and wants to make you pain free as much as he can?? he also wants the best for you!

I've been suffering from severe back pain, for years. My previous doctor told me there was nothing I could do to fix the problem, yet Dr. Jafri has done a series of procedures which has improved my quality of life. He's a little quiet, but is very clear and is willing to answer questions which I really appreciate.

Dr Jafri is the first doctor I have had that actually treated the pain I was having. I had back surgery and it was nice to have a doctor that treated me as a patient. He listens well and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to doing pain injections. I would recommend this office to anyone. The staff is also kind and caring.

Dr jafri is the first doctor to aggressively treat my symptoms and not just hand over pain medications. He also makes recommendations about ways I can improve my quality of life with alternative treatments. He is always up to date with the newest treatments and procedures. And his staff is amazing.

Wonderful doctor and staff. Truly emphatic with whatever the patient is dealing with regarding pain and causation. He always comes with a ton of ideas and really believes the patient; whereas many pain doctors are aloof and just pass pit meds, he attempts and often succeeds in finding the source of the problem and eradicating it. Would recommend and jave recommended to family and friends.

My spouse, crippled by a Maryville MO surgeon, has had to rely on pain meds for years. Consequently, pharmacists, docs & nurses treat us like criminals. Dr. Jafri & staff are the first medical profs outside Mayo to treat us with dignity & care. Dr. Jafri actually listens and *thinks* before reaching a conclusion. He is treating not only my spouse's pain, but her condition. How successful will he be? No way to tell. But he & his staff are leagues above any other "pain doctors" we have met.

Great doctor and very friendly staff! He gave me hope that I can avoid surgery and still manage my pain.

Dr. Jari treated me for a brief time in Cincinnati Ohio , UC hospital pain clinic for a rare syndrome know as " crps" complex regional pain syndrome aka "rsd" reflex sympothetic distrophy anyway I only had the privilege of seeing him once . He was very caring & compassionate to my extra suffering . I am trying to reach him again . My name is Daniel Zang & I will be trying to reach him for his help again .
