Ordered new hearing aids over a month ago and still haven't heard anything.. I called Audio Dept and no one has bothered to return my call... They should have never let Elisa go she was the Best...

I have been getting my ears cleared of ear wax since I was a teenager; I am now one month shy of 88 years of age. Over these 70 years or so years Ihave had a variety of doctors and physician assistants perform this procedure.. They have ranged from terrible to not so bad to good to very good. Very professional staff. Dot and Maria are really nice to deal with in the allergy department. Dr. Winicki is a great doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner to go along with his expertise. He was the only doctor in the area to figure out what was going on with me with regard to allergies. 5 Stars for the "crew" at Dr. Raymond E. I would highly recommend this office. The way he has treated my mother has been exemplary. He worked with another doctor to figure out what was causing her vertigo and they were able to figure it out and solve the problem. This has been a lifelong problem that only he and Dr Greco have been able to solve.

Dr Winicki is amazing. I came to him years ago bc I sounded horrible. I’m a singer and had some concerns. Come to find out I had nodules in my vocal chords and the proper steps were taken to treat me. To this day I go for follow ups and check ups if something seems off. He was great personality means a lot as well. Took care of my problem. My family all going to him. Highly recommend him. Won’t go wrong

Did not have an ENT doctor and needed to be seen by someone ASAP for severe nose bleeds. Called this office and was taken in within an hour! Dr. Winicki was professional, kind and took care of the issue within 30 minutes! I highly recommend this Dr. to anyone looking for an ENT who cares about his patients and takes the time to LISTEN, which is VERY hard to come by these days. A++++

Horrible place! They never took my daughter’s pain seriously and kept saying that they don’t know what’s wrong with her. In the end they said that she is probably in pain because she is grinding her teeth at night so she needs an oral splinter and in order to get that she needs to see a dentist. The same day, they also diagnosed and documented that my daughter have TMJ but never told me that. So we went to her dentist for an oral splinter with no knowledge of her tmj. Months later my daughters teacher after seeing her in so much pain said to my daughter that it’s possible that she might have tmj. When we read up on the conditions, it matched all her symptoms. We then made an appointment to talk to her physician about tmj. The physician then said, “let me see what the nose and throat specialist wrote in her chart.” The physicians said it says here that she has tmj. We were so surprised that the nose and throat specialist never mention it to us. Even at the beginning of seeing them I said did u ever see anything like this, someone in pain with no explanations as to why? The doctor said, “yes teenagers!” Wow my daughter was and still is in pain because of these people and we finally have an appointment to see a tmj specialist. I called them for a referral and the receptionist was more interested in arguing with me then to give me a referral to help my child. The nerve of these people. Never go to this place.
