Dr. Rabideau is a great physician. The office staff is always kind and courteous. For 8 years he has been my primary care physician and in 8 years I have never waited more than 5- 10 mins. When I have had a scheduled appointment. Dr. Rabideau always listens well and his treatment has always been spot on. I trust him and his decisions for my health. Thank You Dr. Rabideau & your staff at North Ottawa Community. Congratulations to Ann Zuidema on doing the work and putting in the long hours of study as well as the working hours at the office to become a Physician. Well Done Ann. Dr Rabideau neglected my elderly parent in the nursing home. When we tried to obtain information about the lack of care that was being given (including checking Coumadin levels), the doctor was uncaring, cold, and unhelpful. The parent passed away after a massive stroke which may have been able to be prevented if the Coumadin levels had been monitored regularly.

Very caring and takes time with you. Is always working at the office or in the nursing homes after church. Committed to helping people.

Dr. Raymond Rabideau signed off on my dad's death certificate which was riddled with significant errors from incorrect spelling of my dad's last name, to incorrect time of death, to incorrect contributory factors to the death, etc. Dr. Rabideau refused to correct the certificate, claiming he didn't write it but, rather, was the physician who signed off on it. If he signed off on it, then he was certifying that the certificate was correct which it wasn't. His refusal to take care in what he was signing is a demonstration of his inattentiveness to detail. It may be a death certificate, but if he doesn't care for the details of a patient's death, then I sure wouldn't trust him with the details of a patient's life.

Horrible office staff. Spoke with some lady named Chris and she was I believe the office manager or something. Rude and argumentative. Front desk was cold. Dr. Rabideau is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to dishing out prescriptions. Doesn't care about root cause issues, just covering up the issues. Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly, Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, Assistants and Staff! Always helpful, attentive and never a long wait! I've received the best care and achieved the healthiest life in over 20 years! Thank you for helping me get my life back! ????????????
