Dr. McLaughlin is a thorough professional who takes his time with each patient but also keeps his appointment times with no waiting. He has served both me and my wife well through the last decade or more. Dr McLaughlin is an excellent physician and is very thorough. He has helped me with many issues and diagnosed my appendicitis immediately and sent me for surgery. I was always able to make an appointment within 24 hours and never waited long at the office.

I have gone to him for 25 years. Usually sees me the same day or the next when I call for an appointment. Never keeps me waiting. Good doctor.

I came to this office as a new patient needing to be seen ASAP after the local Urgent Care misdiagnosed my problem and gave me an incorrect antibiotic. Getting appointments around Chester County in a reasonable time can be very difficult if you have no prior relationship with the practice. This office was considerate towards my circumstances and saw me the next day. Dr. Ray has been accommodating and thorough. I don't believe you will find a better family doctor in the area. Secratary is the rudest unprofessional person to deal with.trash mouth and uneducated. Would recomend going elsewhere.

I love Dr. McLaughlin. I have been a patient for approximately 5 years. I am almost always able to get an appointment the same day I call. One time he stayed late so he could see me. He is very knowledgeable and always takes his time to get to the bottom of my medical issue and helps to remedy the situation. He is caring and friendly. I referred my husband and he is very pleased with him too.
