My husband diagnosis lymphoma cancer as he was in the regional hospital. He is very informative and responsible! I was surprise how people giving him one star. He has amazing team in the office. We are so lucky to meet Dr Raymond Lee and Dr Charlene Lee during this very difficult time ! Thank you again and Sandy who is the assistance and helped us a lot with all different appointments!

I was at my Nuerologist appt today I got some concerning news of my labs back my Nuerologist referred me to dr lee after my first appointment I went across the hall to dr lee front office staff very nice and patient I was made an appt right away very polite staff dr seems very nice as well he came up to the front office after seeing a patient said hello to me I will see him soon

Unprofessional staff as well as Doctor. There’s not enough characters available to describe how immoral his practice is. Grievance reports have been filed. Obviously, by his responses to prior patients on here, you can already tell how poorly he will treat future patients. Avoid if possible.

Beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and insensitivity provided by the staff. A IMMENSE WASTE OF TIME!! My terminally ill father was turned away the day of the appointment because we did not have a primary referral. It was not asked when we scheduled the appointment. No resolution were offered apart from being shot down the day of. NOT HELPFUL AND MORALLY UNFIT FOR PATIENT CARE.

My experience with Dr Lee's was the worst I've experienced in any doctors office. He has no support staff so he tries to do it all himself which does not leave time for him to explain things so the patient understands he rush through it and expects them to understand. I received different answers to the same questions on each visit. Sandy is very condescending and does not listen. Insurance billing was not done corretly. Resulting in waiting for a refund instead of getting it right.
