Hands down the best surgeon in the state of OHIO and probably the world. If i could give him a 20 star rating I would. This surgeon has been so amazing to me since my very first consult until now. I was first seen by him in 2019 and he told me he was not going to do my surgery discouraged yes but he explained why which was because my bmi was too high leaving his office and couldn’t have been more motivated. I worked hard for the next few years losing weight and maintaining it, this year Jan 25 I scheduled a consultation again and he stated he felt I was a good candidate for the procedure I wanted done. Tummy tuck and lipo. Yesterday I had my surgery 07-11-23 at the twinsburg location and the staff was just as amazing as Dr. Isakov. They were all so nice, reassuring, comforting and made me feel and know I was always in the best care. Him and his team do well. And i would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Megan, Stephanie, Roxanne, and everyone else in the operating room and that came to check on don’t remember your names sorry.

I’m nonbinary and went to Dr. Isakov for FTM double incision top surgery. He’s confident and knowledgeable which is reassuring when getting surgery. Like other reviews mention, he’s upfront and he moves fast, but don’t be afraid to interject and ask questions! Megan, the RNFA that works with him, is a star. She is so kind and helpful. I felt heard and seen by her. They’re different people. Dr. Isakov felt like my coach and Megan felt like my supportive assistant coach. Their personalities balance each other out. They both used correct pronouns when talking to me and treated me with respect. I’m living a whole new life. Every day, I look down at my chest and smile with joy and gratitude. I’m so happy with my results and thankful that an experienced surgeon and his team do gender affirming care at the Cleveland Clinic. P.S. I’m pretty sure you can request a portfolio of his results. Looking at the after photos can give you an idea of his style. He explained where he places the incisions and nipple grafts, but I scoured the internet looking for other people that went to him and could barely find any, and I’m pretty sure the whole time he had a portfolio of results that I could’ve looked at haha. This doctor has the best gift in the world and that is being the most trusted surgeon an FTM could ask for he listens to you he’s upfront about everything which everyone should except & respect rather it’s good or bad at least he’s honest in my eyes. Before going into surgery I remember the whole staffing took time out to accept me to pray for them as I asked God to cover me while being on the table his assistant was such an amazing soul held my hand & told me she promise I’d be ok as I woke up in the recovery room I just cried after seeing my results this man & his assistant Megan did such an amazing job and I am 10000% satisfied with my results. Dr. Isakov is very professional and caring! He did an amazing job on my abdominoplasty, made me get my confidence 100% back after having babies! Truly appreciate him and his hard work. His team is also very amazing and caring!

Dr. Isakov is a kind and caring doctor. He did a wonderful job on my breast reconstruction after my double mastectomy. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Isakov is not only a talented surgeon but he is a caring and kind doctor. His knowledge is remarkable. My case has been one of his hardest due to losing 300 lbs. He has treated me with respect and understanding as he has worked to remove all the excess skin left behind from my weightloss. I had lymphedema associated with my obesity and my legs were particularly difficult. I am currently healing from my 2nd thigh surgery. I would never trust my health or body to any other plastic surgeon. I cannot ever thank him enough for all he has done and will continue to do for me. He is giving me a life I've never had. Dr Isakov is the most talented physician. He makes you feel comfortable with his decisions by explaining everything both verbal and visual. I trust him unconditionally.

He never spoke to me about the proper wait time to resume physical activities after surgery. He only observed my scars and reminded me what a "great job" he had done. He COMPLETELY minimized my feelings of sadness and disappointment regarding the entire experience. My family of 5 sacrificed $8,000 for no change at all. My breasts are still too big as he decided what size implants was "best for me." He never once apologized for his misjudgment and for failing me!! Total disappointment!!
