I love Dr. Hsieh, is office staff not so much. The first procedure didn't work so he did an epidural which worked very well and I was able to enjoy my vacation in Hawaii WITHOUT pain....

The best pain Doctor in the country he got me treatment when all failed. There office an staff well it doesn’t get any better.

Explains all planned procedures well, keeps the patient informed. Easy to talk with. Very patient oriented. Supportive staff. Dr. Hsieh takes care to ensure the patient is comfortable during procedures. Truly a Pain Management physician who cares for his patients!

He is a pain specialist but when I got into severe pain he did not offer any pain relief options. Instead I was left to suffer for several weeks until a scheduled injection. Either his staff is a gate keeper or he doesn't care beyond the status quo. He could have thought of other effective options. Very disappointing. His charges are outrageous. An office visit for 5 minutes was a $650 charge. I do not recommend him.

I have seen 8 different Anesthesiologists for epidurals, and Dr Raymond Hsieh is the first to not rush the procedure. When the procedure is rushed, the amount of pain is greater. So I finally found a great Anesthesiologist that does not rush the procedure, and the result is less pain during the injection. Dr Hsieh is the only Anesthesiologist I see now.

Main problems are with his office. Old building that is hard to navigate in a wheelchair. His office is pretty dirty. Walls are greyish from dirt etc.. Worst part is his office staff is pretty rude. I just wanted to know if I needed to pay for my previous visit as well. They told me billing is at some outsourced company. Maybe they could offer to call them to find out. There was none else in the office and I am sorry I interrupted their personal conversation, but I felt underserved rudely.
