A great dr. He listened to his patients

I have always been satisfied with the staff. Friendly and competent. I recommend this doctor to anyone searching for a new MD.

Dr. Gardner is caring and well informed on many health issues. He listens to me when I explain health problems and explains what and why he chooses the medical decisions he makes regarding my care. He is a wonderful doctor.

The front desk girls are rude. I stood at the desk and watched all three on the phone with patients. One was making faces at the person on the phone, one was talking bad about the person she just finished talking to the other put her person on hold for 10 minutes while she typed. I am put on hold for 10 minutes every time I call to make an appointment. I am usually calling from work between classes and I do not have 10 minutes to wait while students are sitting in front of me. When I do speak to a person it is usually very unpleasant since Dr. Davis retired. I've been a patient here for over 18 years but I have been very disappointed in the past few months. When I asked to speak to the Doctor they said he wouldn't care. I asked for the office manager and they put me on hold for 10 minutes then returned to tell me she left and did not return my call. They had no intention to connect me but just to continue with their poor customer service. Unacceptable!!!

I loved MD Gardner but I recently lost my mom, my memaw, my uncle, my mother in law and my baby, causing me to develop severe anxiety and depression with a history of PTSD.. I came in with a prescribed emotional support animal and was told she is not welcome. I was also asked if maybe she could be picked up by a family member. I calmly stated that I have her for a reason because I need emotional support. I was turned away at that point. Emotional support animals are with their person because the person has a mental disability that severely affects one of life’s major functions. Their purpose is to provide emotional support for the person because it is NECESSARY. I called after leaving since I NEED emotional support and was told that i could not get a call from the nurse unless I give a reason why. According to HIPPA law I have the right to have privacy and those not involved in my immediate care are not privy to my personal Medical history unless it is necessary. It was NOT necessary but I guess in this office I have to tell all my private information so I will tell it in a review. Also, My emotional support animal is a 15lb chiwahwah mix that sat on my lap during my dentist visit at comfort care dental last week and her behavior is appropriate for her job. Kudos to comfort care dental for understanding. Shame on MIPPA for not allowing a prescription animal into a MD office and into a appointment with me where I would have had to discuss many things that would trigger more anxiety. Emotional health is real whether they want to acknowledge it or not. I was a nurse also but due to my mental health issues I have had to find other work. That is how life changing my illness is. To be turned away from places all the time is so hurtful and thanks again for making me cry in my truck because I am not worthy of medical care because I’m that weak person who needs a dog still. A year and a half ago part of my left hand and part of my left face went numb. I saw the Dr and was referred to have a MRI . My insurance wouldn't pay for it, and I was quoted $1400 from a provider in Columbus. I didn't follow through and saw a chiropractor instead. After a month of treatment, no improvement. Now I have Medicare. The MRI that was $1400 in Columbus is now $6200 in Marion. Then I had to deliver the results of the MRI to a specialist in Columbus. He referred me to physical therapy. After several trips to physical therapy, now I have pain in my neck every day during this time, I requested to have a colonoscopy. Appointment was made with another mipa Dr.. I tried to call this office several times the morning of the appointment and left several messages, since no one would answer. I live 30 minutes from this office, and when I arrived, I was informed, by a very rude receptionist, that the Dr had emergency schedule change but Boone bothered to call me back .so far Medicare has paid$10000 and I still have the numbness, and also now pain in my neck every day. Dr. Gardner is a caring, friendly doctor who takes the time to listen to my health concerns.

Dr. Gardner has been my primary care doctor for almost 30 years providing skilled, compassionate care for me and my family. He is patient and listens carefully to symptoms and concerns in order to develop a treatment plan. His willingness to listen recently led to a discovery of a previously unknown condition which is now being treated successfully. I am so glad that he is my primary care physician!

I have been seeing DR. Gardner for about 2 years and couldn't be happier. He takes the time to listen to all my concerns about my condition and the concerns I have about taking certain medications. When one medication was prescribed for $400 a month [ way out of my budget ] he worked through medicare, and I ended up with a better treatment option at no charge. He truly goes the extra mile for his patients. He has a friendly and very capable staff and I thank God for him.

Very rude people they don’t care about u only about there selves not a good doctor I would not even recommend him to anyone ever they suck

Very very terrible I would not recommend anybody going here. My mom has made multiple attempts to get her test results she's been waiting for for 8 months. Also The entire staff is so. rude. The nurse kept calling my mom a liar in arguing with her A nurse Got up and said she could not deal with this and walked out in the middle of everything doctor rob Gardner came in in kicked us out of the building even though my mom needed his approval to get her surgery. She's had multiple misdiagnoses. You can't visit the doctor for multiple problems in the same day Doctor rob Gardner is not helpful or polite at all please reconsider this as your primary care doctor Very very terrible I would not recommend anybody going here. Dr Gardner is in my opinion the best family care physician I've ever seen and I've seen many as a Nurse. His integrity and compassion will remind you just how much a physician can care for their patients. Not good

Very poor bad service not very nice but very hateful and not very private service for health I don’t recommend these people seeking only money for thereselves not carrying for others

He refuses to see this heart patient, brain tumor patient, and wants some worthless nurse who cannot handle a patient like me He does not care about someone who needs a true doctor to handle my illnesses. Doctor Gardner rarely is in the office anymore. The office is ran by PA's who have no sense of people or their work. I have been misdiagnosed or given wrong answers multiple times. Disheartening I had to find another doctor after 10+ years.

Dr raymond, incan not thank you enough for believing in me and heloing me through everything you have thus far. You have been my doctor my whole life. You are a blessing from god and I know god wikk reward yoy for your helping hands with your patients. Thank you for everything
