Dr. Ebarb was extremely helpful and kind. He took the time to explain his treatment plan for my condition.

When a doctor don’t want to see you when your sick is time to find another doctor!! The telehealth program is not a proper office visit!! I have a ear ache!! How can you look in my ear!!

Some doctors there need to develop a bedside manner. Also if you have allergies don't sneeze a few times. You will asked to mask up, even if you are not sick and are not the patient being seen. Maybe they should dust the place or check their AC filters. The sneezing stop the second I left the office.

I would say my experience has been pretty good. He saved my life with proper diagnosis three separate times!

I find Dr, Ebarb very professional and knowledgeable. He always has time for his patients and answers all my questions. I have been a patient of his for over 25 years. My granddaughter, her husband and their 2 sons also are patients of Dr. Ebarb.

The manager Evelyn Vera is rude to patients. According to her, every patient who is late (20 min late is standard in the offices), is booted out the door. I was 25 minutes late due to my cardiologist appt earlier that ran a little longer . Mind you, the waiting room had one patient !!Waiting for one of their 5 doctors. So it was clearly a slow morning. If Evelyn Vera s horrendous attitude is toletared by all these doctors that work there, what does it tell you? Stay away

Has been my primary doctor for well over a decade. Pleasure to deal with and explains everything in detail. Never a long wait to see him and even has Saturday hours. Always shows concern for even the smallest of health issues.

I went here throughout my teens and young twenties. I went every so often for simple medical concerns (Rashes, suspected sinus infection, an infected bug bite, etc.) and for the occasional physical for my work or a university program. Now, I try to avoid going here because the wait time is often long (My longest wait in recent history was 45 minutes) and I sometimes needed a repeat visit or a visit to a walk in clinic to address the problem (For example, I came in once with classic symptoms of a sinus infection after trying to "wait it out" for a week and a half and was told I had allergies and to take allergy medication. I went to a walk in clinic and was told that I clearly had an ongoing sinus infection and upper respiratory infection). I have felt increasingly over the years that the various doctors here have not really listened to my concerns or offered options for my concerns. I rated it with three stars because I felt that Dr. Arias actually did listen, in addition to being polite, empathetic and knowledgable. If you are going to go here, I recommend attempting to schedule an appointment with her. I went here throughout my teens and young twenties.
