God knows I wouldn't know what to do if I lost this doctor! I've had her more than 25 years she is absolutely incredible! She is well worth the wait! I will never change my doctor she is absolutely positively the best! No doctor I know takes as much time with you as she does!!! I will never write publicly a lie, I am a Christian and I can honestly tell you she is the best or I shall say one of the best! I'm sure there's other good ones I just haven't met them. I been coming for 17 years she a Wonderful doctor but the wait in the office is crazy and now during covid it's not safe u have to wait 7 hours to see her she needs help but does it all herself great doctor but if u want come on and go she not for u

WAIT 4HR TO SEE DOCTOR EVERYTIME. NO CONSIDERATION.

I have mixed feelings about this place and the doctor. It was my first visit. I was there for a physical and to share some health concerns I had. The staff is really nice and well manner. I have no complain about that. I waited 5hrs to see Dr. Rawya N Baskharoun. 5hrs!!!! And the place always look full and nobody was getting call until almost the end of the day. I got there at 3:45p got called at 8:30p to the room. They did a EKG on me and then I’d waited more time for the doctor. She finally came at 8:50p and left again 3 minutes later because somebody wanted to talk to her! Seriously! It’s finally my turn and she left like I wasn’t there. Then she came back 20 minutes later (oh did I mentioned I was shaking because I was so hungry that I could barely talk) yeah that was big. So eat really good if you still decide to go here. Anyway, So she came back to the room I was in and yes I got interrupted again! She received a phone call of a really sick person. Thats what she said. (I don’t think the person was dying so that was a call that she could return later) So unprofessional. She took my blood and did all the “examinations” in 2 minutes! It was light speed! I never been examine that fast. Then she asked me about my concerns and I told her everything and she kept saying “ I hear everything don’t worry.” Like I don’t doubt she did but her face didn’t show that. She always look like she was in rush. She is really nice, smiling here and there but that’s all I have to say on her favor. Yes she ordered all the test I needed that a plus. But I’m still debating if I should go back for my results when they get it because just to think that I have to go back and wait again that long it scares me big time. I think she is a good doctor but I think they want to chew more than what they can swallow. Too many people the same day and just 2 doctors! That’s not right. I gave 3 stars because the staff was nice and well manner and because the doctor was nice and friendly but that’s it. Maybe I change my review later on if I go back for my results and have a good experience and try look past that horrible day. But for now this is my review. Dr Baskharoun is a great doctor. she takes good care of her patients and spend too much time with each one, she's a trustworthy doctor. I have been her patient for over 25 years.But the waiting time is about 4 hours which I hate, but that's because she gives you all the time you need. she has knowledge, professionalism, confidence, humanity, and compassion. Yes you will have to wait hours and hours to see her but hands down, she is the best doctor in the entire country and has saved thousands of lives. You wait because she is the best and doesn't turn anyone away

The doctor is very patient and nice however the receptionists are hit or miss and the way they run the office needs to be revised. On my first visit I waited 4 good to be seen and I eat on time for my appointment. After seeing the doctor, I felt that she was compassionate so I felt like the wait was worth it but now I'm waiting at an imaging office over 1 hour because they haven't removed their phone calls from answering service( they did and then put it back) the receptionists said they would fax over my script so I could have testing done and they never did. Customer service or satisfaction definitely isn't a priority in this office. So if you want to see this doctor you will need a lot of patience.

I have been coming to Dr. B for 13 years. She saved my life and my parents life many times. She always goes above and beyond with maticulous care and doesn’t miss a beat. Recommended to family and friends. She actually saved my life and for that I wil be forever grateful. If she had not walked in to the hospital very late at night I would be dead. She cares for her patients unlike any other doctor I have met(I have met many since I am caregiver to my parents.). Caring &compassionate, worth waiting for. You won't know this until you are the one making her late. If you are hospitalized she is who you want checking in on you. I can promise that! Incredible Dr

Dr. Baskharoun is a great listener, who never dismisses your concerns. She is knowledgeable and throrough...you never feel rushed when she is with you. This maybe her biggest "Weakness" as wait times can be long. However, I noticed great improvement during my last two visits. My appointments were honored. Impeccable bed side manners. Friendly front office staff. She respects and understands cultural differences. Simply a rare breed and the best!!

I made an appointment for 1pm and showed up a few minutes early. I overheard the office assistant telling someone on the phone that the doctor was not in the office. When I asked when the doctor was arriving, I was told thirty mintutes to an hour. I left promptly. If the doctor was running late, I should have been previously informed. I also learned from another client that this doctor is chronically late for her appointments and does not give notice.

I sat for an hour and forty minutes for the first appointment to see the doctor. The desk could not tell me when she was coming or why she was so late. I left after that time because my time is valuable also and I think this was rude and unprofessional of the doctor. It was to be my first appointment with her and I do not want a doctor that is so late.
