Dr. Ravi is amazing! He's so kind and takes time to explain things with you...his staff are also great, polite helpful...I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my condition...

Very caring. He explains everything we are doing and procedures planned. Him and his team go above and behind to help with any concerns. They always make follow up calls. I feel like I am important to them and not just another patient to hurry through. ???? I definitely recommend him.

Dr raj was insulting and didn’t seem to know about how to relate about other medical conditions than digestion. I was very disappointed and insulted

I am so glad a friend referred me to Dr. Ravi, after my Cologuard test came back with a false positive result! The staff, nurses and Dr. Ravi were awesome! Calmed every fear I had about a colonoscopy! What a kind, gentle, professional physician!

Always a pleasure working with Dr. Ravi. He knows his business well. Easy to talk with, answers all questions, meets the needs of his patients. He definitely is a keeper!

I can't say enough about Dr Ravi!! He is kind, compassionate and very understanding! He explains your problems/issues in details you can understand. I have some autoimmune problems which could easily overwhelm me. But he makes me very comfortable with his plan for my care/health.

They returned my call to find out the problem, talked to Dr Ravi, and had a direction and medication before the end of my work day. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and helpful. I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Ravi and his team. He’s excellent at explaining things, as well as the rest of the staff. From the front desk, to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and the doc himself. I can’t say enough. The coffee bar smelt amazing when I walked in! The most kind doctor you’ll ever meet. Very very compassionate and sweet and caring. Truly knows what he’s doing and he is very thorough. Five stars for this guy. I am very satisfied with Dr. Ravi and his staff. My only concerns are not getting test results to me timely and the long wait for appointments.

My doctor of choice for any gastrointestinal issues. Excellent bed-side manner; never acts like he's in a hurry, explains everything well. Office personnel, nurses, etc. all wonderful!

Dr. Ravi was fine. The problem is that no one tells you before hand that a consultation before your colonoscopy is going to be billed as not part of the colonoscopy. Therefore, what you call for and ASK ahead of time if it will be covered and the ANSWER is YES.... it really isn't. It is now an office call which is not fully covered as part of the colonoscopy. In addition. Your 'facility fee' is not covered as part of the colonoscopy either and you will be billed for that..... Overall, I would not use CVMS again as they are not forthcoming with billing when you try to check beforehand on what you are going to have to pay. Dr. Ravi was fine. I have been seeing him for colonoscopies every two years and his most recent procedure was thorough and free of pain/discomfort. His staff was very caring and courteous. Procedure was slightly behind the scheduled time but you should expect that in this business. Once you get past the take-a-number check-in procedure and crowded lobby of anxious colonoscopy candidates, everything goes smoothly with the best of care. Dr Ravi is a very caring Doctor. He always listens to my concerns before making decisions about my care. He has provided our family with wonderful care the past 10 years including recommendations to seek further medical care at Mayo when care was needed that he could not provide.

I was seen by Dr. Mallavarapu a year ago and underwent an EGD. This year I had a follow-up EGD to make sure everything had healed. The procedure was on time and completely painless. His staff was caring and completely allayed any fears I had about the procedure. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ravi has taken care of me for over 15 years. He and Barb Burkle both are amazing. I absolutely love them both, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was having an issue and really not feeling well. I called and left a message on Dr. Ravi's nurses line. When she called me back the same day he wanted me to come in the next morning for a procedure that totally fixed the problem.

From the front desk to them walking me out this was a great experience for me. I'd never been sedated before (by anyone else:) and have always feared it. Everyone was friendly but not overly so and very professional. It went really smooth and I found out that demoral is awesome.

Dr. Ravi and his staff are very caring, professional people. Dr. Ravi always has a smile on his face and is willing to listen. He genuinely cares about his patients and so does his staff. They made the procedure go smoothly and care about your comfort. Dr. Ravi is very thorough. My husband and I both go to him for colonoscopies. Dr. Ravi is excellent.

Dr. Ravi was exceptional from the start of my first visit. He actually listened and took time to understand me. He always greets me with a smile and has a very good bedside manner.

Very kind and took the time to explain what he thought my condition was. Then did follow up testing just to make sure nothing was missed. Wonderful doctor!!

Dr. Ravi listens to you. He's a very caring doctor and he sees you as a person and not as a number. I have had two procedures with him and I highly recommend him.

Prior to scheduling an appointment, Dr. Ravi took the time to meet with me. He acknowledged my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. He provided additional websites which would give me additional information.

Dr. Ravi is an excellent doctor and I have no problem with him at all. He does have staff in the office who set up the appointments and gives the orders out that do not listen when a customer tells them of health problems and why they need to have certain prep. I have a kidney disease and as per my neurologist have certain preps I cannot take. The staff was told this but prescribed the wrong item. After several phone calls to the office and the pharmacy it was straightened out before colonoscopy
