I am a runner with an on-going achilles tendon issue. I went to see Dr. Reddy twice, and will never go back. Let me start with the smaller issues. He put me on an anti-inflammatory that did absolutely nothing, told me to purchase a device to stretch my tendon and said that I was definitely a size large. I ordered exactly what he said, and then had to return it because it was so big that it was unusable. He had ordered X-rays of two areas and then forgot (until I reminded him) that he hadn’t looked at both of them. The last straw to the visit was him telling me that I’m experiencing pain because I have a low pain threshold. First off, it’s hard to hear anyone in a scientific field say something so false. There is no such thing as having a low pain tolerance. We only show it in different ways. Secondly, and this is not meant to boast, I’ve run 50 miles and more at once, across the Grand Canyon and back without stopping, etc, and he’s telling me that I have a low tolerance for pain. I’m not going to lie; I was not happy. His last suggestion at the end of our seven minute (yes, seven minute) visit, was to inject Cortizone into my tendon. I’m no doctor, but just a little Google search reveals that this can actually damage the tendon in the long term.

Dr. Reddy was recommended to my husband by his chiropractor because he couldn’t do X-rays. Dr. Reddy was pleasant, had X-rays ordered and after a diagnosis prescribed medication that did help my husband’s condition. He was pain free for several days until he had a problem a few days before the holiday. I called his office twice, left messages both times, 6 days later still waiting for a return call. In the meantime the pain had gotten so bad over the week end that he wound up in the emergency room. We have moved on from this doctor, they never pick up the phone when you call and messages go unanswered.

Really nice and easy-going. Very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.

I have only been a patient of Dr. Reddy's for about 5 months but in this short time I have found out medical information about myself that I did not know about. He has been there for me with no hesitation and it is a pleasure to be able to talk to your Dr. About anything , its a wonderful thing..

Dr. Reddy and staff including Lee at the front desk are great and words can't explain my gratitude for all they have done for me. My back pain is really bad and its not quite there yet ,but Dr. Reddy is doing all he can for me and the pain has improved a bit .

Dr. Reddy is very thorough, kind, and he listens. He takes his time. He is a no b.s. artist. He tells it like it is. He doesn't beat around the bush. The staff he is remarkable as well. Very friendly all the way around.

I have been a patient of Dr Reddy for many years,I believe I first met him in 2014.Dr.has been my life line in 3 medical situations, he directed me to a back surgeon at hss and I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Sama who performed back surgery successfully. I first were to Dr Reddy in 2014 for lower back and neck problems from pinched nerve issues. He give some shots, some movement exercises and help find the right pillow. No issues since 2014. Back now and found the pain in back was arthritis. working on solving that now. I am very happy with the treatment I received from Dr Reddy. My only problem is the long wait in the waiting room.

I have returned as necessary to DrReddy since 2003. If all the physicians I've consulted, he has been the most consistently mastering of his skills. The number of invasive procedures I've not had to endure I genuinely believe I partially owe to his expertise & patience.

Went for several years to Dr Reddy only to find out he misdiagnosed me and missed treating a condition that he should’ve picked up on. Because of that, condition has advanced. Office Manager for two years faxed my records to adverse lawyer instead of my own lawyer which obviously I never authorized. Very unprofessional both dr & manager. He is very rude & condesending. Family member with me was appalled at how disrespectful and rude Dr Reddy was to me. Office staff is just as inappropriate with her cold, rude, arrogant, behavior. Doesn’t answer the phone, calls always go into voicemail. Plus she ignores patients awaiting appointments. Then go up to ask her how long and she gave a very nasty response. You’re health is too important to be mistreated !

Doctor Was rude and disrespectful to myself (patient) and spouse simply because we asked questions. After indicating how a medication impacted me, he told me that reaction was impossible. Unwilling to complete paperwork required by insurance. Office staff is unprofessional; ignores people waiting.

I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy for almost 4 years due a serious car accident. Dr. Reddy takes time to listen to what you say regarding your pain and injuries. He discusses what can be done to get rid of and/or relieve your pain. His staff has been pleasant to work with.

For about 1.5 years I had seen several other doctors, a chiropractor, and an acupuncturist for upper back and neck problems from pinched nerves exiting cervical vertebrae that no one could fix. I am very active in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and was constantly hurt. it sounds crazy, but he recommended deep sleep for healing combined with some movement exercises. Within just a few weeks, the problem went away. This was about 8 months ago and I have not had a problem since.

I wish there were 6 stars to check.After being rear-ended in our car, Dr Reddy was the 5th pain doctor my wife saw- the first to find out what was actually wrong with her. He listened and diagnosed her- and she has begun healing- finally! For me- after 10 months of painful physical therapy- Dr Reddy saw me once, looked at the same Xray the hospital took and ordered an MRI. Found neck disc damage+pinched nerves.He performed EMG and NCS tests which pinpointed the damage. He is a real Godsend!
