My first time there Dr Ravi understand was great Dr Ravi explained everything to me in great details have such patience and very professional

Dr. Ravi is an excellent doctor who takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure prior with ease of understanding. His manner is extremely professional yet warm and comforting. The office is extremely clean and orderly. I highly recommend him. His staff is extremely professional and caring. Thank you Dr. Ravi and staff.

This was the first time at the Gramatin Ave location. As before stated, his staff is courteous & well trained on the instruments they use to detect & help solve the retina challenges people have. I am very pleased with Dr Ravi Radhakrishnan.

The staff is always kind, helpful and accommodating.. Dr Ravi is thorough and explains everything so I can understand my eye health.

I learned I had some retina holes and thinning as an incidentidal finding following a cornea scratch. My regular ophthalmologist referred me to Dr. Ravi. Honestly I was very scared and anxious about the laser procedure, but the Dr. and his staff are amazing. They are kind, empathetic, explain everything, never rush you, and really do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. While I hope I don't need eye surgery again, in the event that I do, I wouldn't hesitate to see Dr. Ravi. I absolutely reccomend him to anyone in need of specialty retina care. If you have a high deductible insurance plan discuss with the office and get a clearer estimate on the cost of the visit BEFORE going. This is a very specialized service so the costs are not of a regular doctor's appointment. Overall the service is top notch but be careful with the costs.

An excellent first visit --- My first impression of the office was that it was clean, organized and pleasant. The wait time was very short. Both Dr. Ravi and the Technician were friendly, warm and patient. Dr. Ravi is easy going. He walks you through the process and explains the results of the test while referencing imagery of the eye if taken. It felt like a visit and a biology class. I highly recommend. He is an irresponsible doctor and doesn't know what he's doing. I gave him a document from my insurance company for a medicine that I need and all needed to do was contact them and say that it was needed for me. The other doctors I had understood my problem when I showed them the document and resolved it within 72 hrs but this doctor said it will take 3 months. He didn't even repond to the call from the insurance company according to the letter I got from them stating the reason I was declined. He is bad doctor.
