Unprofessional staff, their medical assistant is overwhelmed and gives out incorrect information. I attempted for 3 weeks to get a CNA referral for my mom. I was given 2 home health companies from this office, neither company could provide my mom with a CNA. Something basic given the large percentage of seniors in our area.

The absolute worst run physicians office. I have been trying for a month to get a home health agency to get my mom a CNA on a weekly basis. Neither agency given to me are qualified to send a CNA. Front office is staffed by very young unprofessional adults clueless as to what’s happening in the practice. Basically note takers. The medical assistant is overwhelmed and not up to date with what the front office is doing. My mom deserves great care you won’t find it here.

Stay as far away from LA medical as you can! Absolutely no respect for their patients. I asked for a refill on medication over the holidays. One medication! Not a controlled substance not a dangerous med just a simple refill on a medication that I take. They refused.! I have to come in, even though I cannot come in until January. NO respect and NO human decency towards any of their patients. The office staff is so unbelievably RUDE! All they wanna do is milk your insurance. The doctor is never in the office. You have to deal with the nurse. I will never set foot back in this office ever again. STAY AWAY! Rating -0

I recently saw Dr. Pandey at LA Medical Associates. The staff was friendly and kind. They also accommodated me with a same-day appointment with Dr. Pandey. The level of care he provided was exceptional. He listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. Thank you so much Dr. Pandey!

Horrible doctor horribly demeanor! Absolutely no eye contact, no personality and had no faith in his abilities at JFK! Was condescending and rude!
