Dr Krishnan is very helpful, and goes out of his way for his patients!

Dr. Krishnan is a horrible doctor. His nonchalant attitude and his ability to think about a patients care is aweful. He is only capable of inputting information into a computer that spits out what he should do. A one size fits all kind of doctor. He was prescribing me medication that I didn't need without even talking to or seeing me. Plus he's part of Cleveland Clinic who my insurance covers, but they won't cover him. That makes no sense at all.

Very great dr professional and secretary are great and careing My family and me are new to the office we are very pleased we will recommend everyone ..

I have been seeing Dr. Krishnan for many years and it saddens my heart to see any negative comments left regarding him or his staff. I have always been treated with the upmost respect by him and his office staff. I never felt like a number whenever I call the office or come in for my routine visits. I would hope in these trying times that people would be alittle more caring and appreciate all the hard work that his staff and Dr Krishnan do, but instead people want to post negative comments. I’ve witnessed patients while in office be extremely disrespectful to the staff, and to those patients, shame on you!! I will continue to refer Dr Krishnan to any and everyone that is looking for a good doctor.

Does not return calls. Difficult to get prescriptions refilled in a timely and accurate manner. Staff unfriendly and rude, especially to elderly patients.

Excellent Doctor , listens all problems with lot of patience and advice appropriately at all the time. Me and my family are very happy from years and we are doing better after consultation with Dr Ravi Krishnan

Dr. Krisnan is a wonderful doctor and has been my father and I’s doctor for years. Always available and answer any questions that we have. He is truly an amazing doctor.

I’ve been going to Dr K for 18 years . He is excellent , knowledgeable and a great doctor . His bad reviews are more based on his staff who I’ve never had a problem with . Everyone is always polite and gets the job done .

I am so dissapointed in this office. Dr. Krishnan is a great doctor however Melissa definetely tries to take matters into her own hands. I referred my son to Dr. Kirshnan . He has been on a specific medication for over 15 years and I was told by the girls in the office that Dr. K could oversee this as he was transitioning to an adult doctor from his pediatrician. Not only did they renig on their original committment, my son was out his medication and they refused to fill it in time for him not to miss a day. Dr. K would not call me back and I am not even sure that he even got the message. I am sad to say that my son and I will not be returning to this doctors office. I hope Dr. Kirshnan realizes that his associates are costing him business. I am so dissapointed in this office. Dr K has been very good to me for a few years but I will not be returning. While waiting for him in the exam room I heard his nurse yelling at him over and over again. It was very unprofessional. When he came to see me in the exam room I felt the visit was rushed and my needs were brushed to the side. I'm done.

I've been going to Dr. Krishnan for years. He's always been nothing but professional and courteous. He listens to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions. I have recommended him to friends and family. He's the best! Thank you!

I have read these previous reviews and I have to say I am sadden by what has been said about Dr. Krishnan. I have been seeing him for several years now and I have never had an issue with him, or his staff. They have always been very helpful. My previous PCP never would call back, never got results of tests and availability was horrible. I know this is a very busy office, but I have never felt that Dr. Krishnan or his staff did not care or want to go out of their way to help his patients. I hope that if others read his reviews, realize there are always 2 sides to every story, and take what has been written as face value. I started seeing Dr.Krishnan as a new patient a few months ago and he’s GREAT! It’s a shame to see such negative things posted about him and his staff. People are always quick to point the finger at someone else instead of taking responsibility for their own actions. I’ve seen the way some of the staff gets treated by patients and all I have to say is kudos to his staff. Every experience I have had whether it be in the office or the phone has been pleasant. He is very accommodating when it comes to getting an appointment and really shows concern for his patients health. I would refer to him over and over. Dr. Krishnan deserves way more than 3.6 stars. I happened to meet him while he was on rotation at Hillcrest Hospital and he ended up becoming my primary care physician. He is very knowledgeable and straight forward. I am not one to just take a pill and see you in a year. He allowed me to follow the path I laid out and we will revisit the issue in six months to see if diet and exercise can help solve some of my issues. I have no complaints and have been seeing him for 3 years now. Dr. Krishnan deserves way more than 3.6 stars. Horrible service. Melissa is extremely rude and should not be in the business of assisting people with urgent matters. She conveyed a very aggressive tone over the phone all because I wanted to schedule an appointment. I have attempted to contact the Dr and he has directed me to the ER on both occasions with out explanations.

Dr.Krishnan great Doctor but nurse that represents him is terrible and not a polite person. She over steps her boundaries when it comes to a patient privacy, She acts as she is the doctor. also very disrespectful. I always have a difficult time getting perscriptions refilled. When I called for it the last time, I never received call back. When I called again two weeks later was told that I would have to have an office visit. When I asked why didn’t anyone call me back to tell me that, she said it was not her responsibility and that I should know better. I’m now leaving because of her. She is a horrible nurse that needs to either retire or get fired. If that were to happen I and the rest of my family would gladly return back to Dr. Krishnan. I have been going to Dr Krishnan for many years and find him to be a good doctor. I am in reasonably good health and really only needed to see him for medications and occassional sinus infections. Recently I had problems with a perscription and a medical form needed for a trip and had to deal with Melissa, his office staff. She was EXTREMELY rude to the extent of suggesting I find another doctor. I will be leaving him as my doctor because of her.

I like Dr. Krishnan as my doctor but his Office staff do not communicate well. I have called in prescriptions only for them to be denied with no reason why from his office. His office has my number and should at least call to leave a message WHY.
