I’ve been with Dr. Kaur for over three years! She is a very empathetic, honest, and diligent Orthodontist! She cares deeply about her clients and she does a phenomenal job! Dr. Kaur has a great bedside manner and her staff is amazing. The reason I gave only 2 stars, her prices are outrageous! As someone stated in a previous review, they nickel and dime the heck out of you. I recall when my children wore braces, I was never charged an additional fee of $50 for each band, bracket, or broken wire. This is a bit excessive. My children's Orthodontist charged a flat rate, which included the repair/replacement of the bands, brackets, and wires. Imagine you pay over $6K for braces and when your child goes in for a tightening, you are told 2 brackets have broken, now you are charged an additional $100. What if the child had 2 broken brackets and 2 wires that need to be replaced; now you must pay $200. This gets to be quite expensive. When does it end? I would highly recommend doing your research before signing a contract with anyone. Read reviews and compare prices with other practices. You may find another practice that may work better for you and your children.
