Dr. Raul R Garcia

Very rude office staff. Asked to speak with a manger and of course got treated worse. Charging me almost $200 for an office visit. Asked for an explanation and got told you need to pay that or contact your insurance. I never had to pay that amount for an office visit. Will never go there again. Recommend people avoid this place and the rude office staff

My experience with this doctor was like others who said he is rude, and talks down to patients. I was supposed to go back for follow up and never did. He's part of the reason folks hate going to the doctor.

Dr. Garcia has been my doctor and friend for over 37 years. He is a good man and a exceptional doctor.

Due to his heart transplant, my husband has a list of doctors as long as his arm. Dr. Garcia and his staff rate among the most highest that we deal with. We are so very glad we found him!

Dr García is a caring , professional and very knowledgeable physician.He has impecable bedside manner that goes along with a first rate urological training .He been taking care of me ,my family as well as the community for many years . In the past when I went trough tough financial times he took care of me free of charge .I have nothing but praise for him and his staff. He is an asset to our medical community I recommend him without reservations!

Dr.Garcia and staff were great and fully explained everything about my situation. Very thorough and very professional, highly recommend them for your urology needs.

So parked next to the office to go to the office next door for pediatric but the nurse from dr Garcia office took up 3 parking spots saying her boss said she needs to so no one else parks there smh come out an hour later and my tire is flat. I honestly believe they had something to do with it. They rather tell ppl to park across at the ss office then to share this small parking lot with the other three buildings here. Get off ur high house sir they made this parking lot for all three buildings to use. Sure hope that blue truck that parks in three spots don't get towed the way the nurse treated my truck to get towed for parking next to the building I went into. Horrible! He is an excellent dr . He saved my life from 2 types of cancer. He made sure I found the proper dr to treat the cancer . Him and Lauren never gave up they was right by my side every step of the way. I am blessed to have them to take care of me

This DR should have his licensed revoked asap! He carries NO discipline on how to talk to his patients when they need him the most, staff is rude and will hang up the phone on u! If u want UNPROFESSIONAL service when u need it the most go ahead and pay this so called " DR" a visit. I would DEFINITELY look somewhere else.

I tried to make an appointment for my husband today and was placed on hold several times then the receptionist was rude and hung up

Doctor called my dad trying to force him to accept him as his doctor and for some odd reason threatened to write a letter stating he is no longer going to accept him. Not sure what kind of tacticts he is trying to use but my dad is not alone and just because he speaks spanish you shouldn't feel the right to speak to him in that manner. We are looking elsewhere! Dr. Garcia has been treating my family for 20+ years. He has always been straight to the point and very aproachaable in his bedside manner. He certainly knows his business.

Terrible customer service. The receptionist was to busy talking about bath body products instead of helping me. Very rude and unprofessional.

If YOU are Garcia the urologist YOU are an A$$ (0) Had a friend come to me in tears after going there for her kidney check up. Dr. Garcia asked her (in a mean way) why was she doing there, what she had was PKD not kidney stones and that there was nothing he could do! My friend KNOWS she has PKD, she was only there for a checkup. I'm no doctor but... I know doctors need to be compassionate, understanding... Like having a friend you can talk to. Dr Garcia is awesome. He is a tell it like it is kind of doc and very professional. Thankfully I don't have to visit him very often... but when I do i feel like he treats me with respect. I like him and his fantastic staff.
