One of the worst experience ever! If I could give zero stars I will! Unfortunately it's not an option. I called to get results from lab work that was done & they wouldn't release the results until we go for ANOTHER CONSULTATION! Why pay every time for results!? That's unacceptable! Maria was very rude & kept hanging up the phone each time I called & wouldn't listen to a word! Very rude staff! Unsanitary facility! Never again! One of the worst experience ever! I typically dont like to post reviews and I would of given them a zero on the stars but no option for that, but this office is not very people friendly, I called to ask if some results could be faxed over to my eye doctor and the receptionist answering the phone was completely rude and not helpful she wouldn't even tell me if the doctor was there or not, and I can't even type her name because when i asked about it she hung up on me and and as i called back she would just answer the phone and place me on hold. I don't know if the Doctor is aware of how her employees are representing her and her office. If you want to be mistreated and pushed aside like nothing I recommend going to her office. Great Doctor. I'm a winter Texan and have been going to her for three years. Very kind and caring and always takes good care of me when in Texas. I would highly recommend her.
Great office staff and the best Dr. ever!!!!
