Dr. Raoul A Sanchez

Dr. Sanchez from the first moment he saw my child at the hospital the day after she was born until her last visit (she is not a kid any longer) has been consistent, kind, knowledgeable and approachable. I frankly could not have picked a better person to have taken care of my kid. He is the calm amidst the storm. Thank God for him. I do.

Both of my daughters have seen Dr. Sanchez since birth and I am so thankful that we found Carithers Pediatrics and Dr.Sanchez. He has always been so patient with my daughters and is incredibly knowledgeable. He has always taken the time to answer any questions that I have presented with. We have also seen most of the other providers at Carithers and we have always had an amazing experience with all of them. From the front staff to the clinical staff it is very clear that Dr. Sanchez and everyone at Carithers pediatrics loves what they do and genuinely care about the patients and their care givers.

Kids have seen Dr. Sanchez a couple times. Like other reviewer, my experience is that he is very condescending and acts like he is above the parent. Poor bed side manner, gives "woke" advice for parents and provides advice outside his scope. He tried telling us not to fly to other state with our 5 year old to visit family, even though child is perfectly healthy. He needs to respect parents, we make those decisions not him. He is there to guide kids medical not dictate what parents can and can't do with their kids. Seek other pediatrician is my advice.

Very knowledgeable pediatrician in a well run office. Highly recommend Dr. Sanchez and Carither’s Pediatrics. They have consistently provided excellent care for my twins.

Since the doctors are in rotation for a sick child appointment, we have to see Dr Sanchez; otherwise, I would never schedule to see him. He is abrupt, condescending, and thoughtless in his choice of words. Simply put, his bedside manner is poor. He outwardly displays his impatience for sick children and their parents. Kindness is not his forte.

I have been taking my girls to Dr. Sanchez for a little over 10 years now. He genuinely cares about my girls. He always remembers things from when they were younger and things that were going on in school. For example, my oldest daughter went for her well check and he asked if she had already brought up her US History grade. My youngest has Downs syndrome and he has been there every step of the way helping keep her healthy. The girls feel comfortable with him. He always knows what to do!

Dr. Sanchez has been my kids' pediatrician for 17 years.He remembers things from when the kids were toddlers!! We have had different medical issues over the years and he has always come through either in treatment or in referring a specialist. He is one in a million.

Never go to this doctor. Horrible experience for my son. Problems started 1 year ago when my son turned 2 years old. I went to carithers pediatrics and unfortunately my son got his appointment. He insisted to take flu shot for my son and after that my son had allergic reaction. He was never allergic to egg. We saw hives all over his body on that day and we went to see another doctor at carithers pediatric. They told it could be scabies and treated my son for scabies. But it didn't resolve...
