Dr. Rao A.K. Yalamanchili

He intimidated me, stpod o er me,placed his body in Close proximaty to mine,interagated me, told me to return to my dermatologist despite my referral by my primary md for allergy analyzes or/or testing. He told me that my whole body would have to be covered in red rashes in order for me to have allergies. He dismissed me.. I worked at the social work dept in Beth Israel and with patients at Mt Sinai providing therapy, referrals etc . One star for the nice receptionist ,workers.

I have never ever seen a bunch of lady office staff so friendly before. I love the group of doctors that I have been involved with over my life- but I have never ever ever encountered such a FRIENDLY office staff before. Instead of leaving you in a small room, letting you wonder what is going on, they explain why they took a bit longer than usual. The personalities are great. Well mannered. Hearing the staff laugh and speak with happy voices amongst themselves is proof that their boss treats them well- which says a lot about the Doctor. The Doctor himself is aces.. he knows how to deal baby adult patients (I don’t like things being stuck up my nose, I’m 39 and acted like a child.) bedside manners are great. Looking forward to seeing them once a week for the next year.. :)

DR rao took his time, was thorough and was great

Horrible place, horrible service, incompetent Doctors, especially Dr. Rao. Slow nurses and if they are in bad mood They mistreat Your kids. I gotta stop the treatment here after one of the nurses hurt my child while applying a vaccine. Don't go here, don't give them bussiness hopefully will get closed down soon. Patient and caring!

Dr. Rao, as his established patients and staff call him – partly out of affection and partly because Yalamanchili is a mouthful – is not only one of the best physicians I have ever had, he is also one of the finest human beings I have ever met. He is extremely kind and highly intelligent. I always learn from him, and not just about the current state of my health. Dr. Rao is patient, kind, and caring! I'm very satisfied with him and would recommend him to anyone I know. He just genuinely cares and that's so important to me, at least!

I had a great experience with Dr. Rao! He helped me to understand things about my asthma that no one ever bothered to explain to me in 29 years, and he made it clear that my experiences as a patient are real, even if medicine doesn't yet understand it or have an answer for the issue. I appreciate that so much; it was exactly what I needed to hear as someone with multiple symptoms but no diagnosis. He also made sure to ask me if he was correctly interpreting my wishes. Definitely recommend him!

Dr. Yalamanchili is better known to his patients and staff as Dr. Rao; that is to say, everyone calls him, in effect, by his first name. He is an excellent doctor. What's more, he is an extraordinarily intelligent person, calm and wise and unassuming.
