Such an irresponsible staff. Had an appointment at 4:30 p.m When I called to let them know I will be late 5 minutes and I am already I am on my way the girl said with attitude they tried to reach me few times, in reality I haven’t received any call at all. Stop lying people and treat with some respect!!!!

Ok, listen carefully everyone, alot of your ailments can subside or even Stop with healthy eating , READ!! about veggie, fruit, smoothies, food recipes, specific vitamins, supplements, minerals that you will need! FDA my buns???? the specific vitamins for me have worked???? stretching excercises and physical therapy!( continue it even when the therapy sessions arefinished,!!!) You don't have to LIKE it, stop your????and do it!!!! When you are given a certain exam some doctors do not prepare you it is up to you to tell the doctor what preparation do I need for the in officef exam if you want to take it today, what is going to happen?you must tell doctor or he will not inform you this is in general for all the doctors, get smart!????. The ladies at the front desk are busy okay they're not there to entertain you, from my visiting experience. They are not rude they just want to get their job done, they have a lot of patients; the place is normally crowded. I have not waited as long as these other people have claimed in the reviews. The doctors are okay, they are kind and do listen but they like to take care of everything too quickly , so have your questions prepared for them. you need to be prepared when you see a neurologist you should always have questions. Primary rule of thumb whatever exam you have , very simply ask for your results to be mailed to you. keep all your exams organized that way the doctor is familiarized with you, when you bring your copy exams to the office (you need to do this for every doctor visit.) Stop your worry, anxiety,depression Get busy, ❤️(Love God, amá DIOS Get enough sleep; STRESS will SICKEN YOU EVEN MORE, SO STOP IT!!!!! ANYWAY YOU CAN! Your emotions also play a big roll in the severity of your pain (read Mate Gabor). IT'S TRUE OMG!!!Stretching body parts that really hurt, drastically decreases pain!! OMG! AWESOME!

Dr Krishna is mediocre at best. He thinks he’s smarter than all his patients and gets mad when patients don’t let him take advantage of them.

Dr. Krishna listened to me, proposed solutions, and looked into my previous medical history. I felt better after the appointment because I now knew how to treat my nerve problems.

The worst doctor and staff I ever seen in my life. I do not recommend them. They give you an appointment and you go and you find out the doctor left. They just waste your time. Took a day off work for no reason. Please don’t waste your time and go there. There are plenty if doctors around.

One of the most unprofessional offices I’ve been in. When you walk into a place of business you’re suppose to be greeted! I’m the one paying your salary and bringing you business. The girls at the front desk are so rude it’s beyond me. I’ve stood at the front desk purposely for 5 minutes once to see if anyone would acknowledge my presence , only to find out had I not said good afternoon no one would have said anything to me. On this same day one of the doctors had a tantrum while patients were still in the office. The doctor began complaining that patients were walking in at 530 for therapy. The irony about this tantrum is that this office has therapy hrs till 6pm. The doctor yelled out “they don’t care that we’ve been here 10hrs” very classless and unprofessional! especially since I’m sure this same doctor doesn’t complain when his 10hr check comes in. Maybe he should have chosen a different profession. Luckily I will only need a couple visits at this place because I would surely find another facility. If you’re looking for professionalism and not to be treated like a number go elsewhere. The is that Dr. Ragna is a very nice respectable man but his staff hates their job and life. I miss him...he's is a good Dr.when come again?

I saw Dr. Range Krishna during the pandemic to speak about my eye tics and try to get more information on how to control them. When I arrived I sat in a very crowded waiting room (people were sitting side by side, not sure how that is safe especially in a doctor's office). The wait was about 30 minutes to see him which was pretty good. When I had my 1 on 1 with him he was very nice and was trying to understand my history of tics. After talking a bit, he decided to send me for multiple tests done inside the office. Before I even got tested, I asked him if these tests would be covered under my insurance because my insurance has a high deductible. He said "yes, of course I wouldn't schedule you for all these tests if Cigna didn't cover it." Fast forward 1 week, I receive a $1,300 bill in the mail. I immediately call the office and speak with the billing representative and they advised me that the bill was correct and I need to pay it. She was really nasty to me and said she was going to hang up because I wasn't understanding what she was saying. I kept trying to explain that Dr. Krishna advised me that these tests would be covered but she was not hearing it. It's really sad that places like this take advantage of folks during a pandemic. I just dont understand why it takes them so long to fill out your paperwork. If i come in for an appointment my paperwork should be filled out the same day. If i need to drop it off i can understand waiting a few days. They are unorganized in my opinion

ATTENTION: Grossly inappropriate staff and doctor! I wrote a poor review about this office (SEE REVIEW BELOW) and I received an e-mail using MY name in the response. The e-mail gave it self away because the response to my review was extremely telling: it was suggested that I leave "poor reviews," which is appropriate if the establishment deserves it. Like this one does. Unfortunately, businesses these days have very poor customer service. This office is responsible for the email that was sent following the initial review. Everyone has a right to their opinion and no one can take that away from them, including this poor excuse of a doctor's office. I AM an adult, college educated and intelligent. Would NOT recommend. Very cold environment (in more ways than one), and the advice offered was very bland and delivery was nonchalant. Didn’t seem to care to get to the root of the problem. Do more tests, take more meds...ugh western medicine keeps taking steps backwards. Save your time, money, and effort and find someone else.

Nice office, I went to the Voorhies Ave location first, but their Montague Ave location in downtown Brooklyn is so much faster for me to get too. I have had many problems, over the years, from neuromuscular, migraine, sleep apnea and depression to name a few. Dr. Krishna has always treated all of my symptoms, not just current complaints. He has referred me to specialists, such as psychiatry, when necessary and always follows up with everything. I never felt referred out and forgotten. My treatment with Dr, Krishna has gone beyond his specialty and I know I have and remain to be in good hands, Truly COMPREHENSIVE NEURO!

I NEVERRRR leave reviews but hands down this is the worst office I have ever been to. The entire world and they deserve to either get a new staff or shut down. The doctor is great, the staff is so horrible to the point where I don’t want to go to this place anymore. Dr. Krishna, Dr. Sparman, and Dr. Mehran have assisted me with my grandma and treating her memory problems. Office staff was also helpful. They're some of the best doctors around in NYC.

The office was nice, waiting room full tho, Doctor wise, I saw Dr. K 3 times now, he was very helpful from day 1, he helped me understand how my workers comp works, he even wrote a letter to the workers comp board on my behalf. Staff were friendly. Side-Note- a bit of a wait, but its worth it in my opinion.

Don't go there if you, wanna safe time. They have very bad arrogant staff. Please don't go there they treat very badly. Too poor service Too bad doctors also racist.

Great Doctor staff is not helpful. I called for results for a MRI they told me they only received a cover letter, and that I should call so the results can be re-faxed. Shouldn’t the Dr.’s office call to have the results sent again and not the patient. Not to mention the 10 minute hold just to tell me to make the call myself!!!!

Over all I am Very Very pleased with Dr K and his staff, these is a bit of a wait, but in the long run, i think he was the best Neuro that I have went to, I suffer from Headaches, and with his inhouse testing and fast MRI authos with my pesky Insurance, they got it done fast, and I was seen back within 2 weeks for results. I would Deff recommend!!!!

TBH, Dr Mollins was not so pleasant, he pushed me around like a was a veggitable he didnt want on his dinner plate, I didnt feel respected as a human, BUT!!! then i met the neurologist and that turned my opinion around, I really liked Dr. Krishna, he helped me very much after my accident, I was in alot of pain, he was very quick to get me a simple test and diagnose me, he also got me an MRI autho very quick, i was in and out, and i'm generally very happy with his care.

The doctor for me I recommend to everyone who needs the best treatment

Dr Krishna saw me as a patient is his office in Sheepshead bay, which was pretty easy to get to, considering I have to take the train to get around. He offered me his wonderful expertise and got me back on my feet within a year and a half. They gave me two painless tests, in the office, as well as prescribed me with an MRI at a conveniently placed MRI facility next door. Krishna then diagnosed me within the first 3 visits, and started me on a plan to recovery. Overall I would recommend Dr. Krishna and his medical staff to anyone who actually wants to get better.
