Hi All, My husband and I are so grateful to Dr. Morris and his staff. Our story comes with many tears, prayer, and laughter. I was diagnosed with endometriosis, the tissue found on the ovaries, Fallopian tubes and fibrosis 7 years prior to my blessing. my previous doctor tried 2 rounds of IVF with no results nor explanation. My sister had a similar situation as mine and reached Dr. Morris with a successful story (twins) on her first try. As for me and my hubby, Dr. Morris planned out our treatment even at my age, 39, I was able to conceive on our second try! God bless this team, I truly miss my morning visits. I have already referred my friend to him because Dr. Morris is always upfront and honest with his patients and his staff is amazing!!. I am 5 month pregnant today! baby girl Today- 04/12/22 Marks our 6 months and 2 weeks of another blessing, our little boy! I am know 41 years old and Dr. Morris and team made it happen again. I just cant thank them enough, even thru this pandemic still going on, they put all their hard work and dedication to every delicate situation. So far, everything is going well, no complications. God always manages to put the right set of team to make miracles happen. Hi All, My husband and I are so grateful to Dr. Morris and his staff. Our story comes … More
I wish I could give 100 stars. Thanks to Dr. Morris and his team we have our daughter and we could never be more thankful. The nurses are so kind and helpful, answering my million questions and always got back to me in a timely matter. Scheduling was so flexible, never had an issue getting an appointment, even before heading into work. Whether it was a question regarding medication or just for moral support I always got answers. Going through IVF can be very overwhelming, but with the guidance of IVF1 made it so much easier. I wish I could give 100 stars. Dr. Morris and the staff at NFC are amazing! After three years of trying to conceive, we walked into the doors unsure what to expect from the IVF process but with hopeful hearts. The staff was so kind and compassionate. They explained every step of the process to us and even stayed late on one Saturday to make sure I had the medication I needed. Dr. Morris took the time to answer all of my questions before every procedure. After 2 IUI's, 4 retrievals, 1 failed transfer, and a mock cycle, we finally received the call we had been waiting for in April of 2021. I am now writing this with my beautiful 11 week old baby girl sleeping beside me, thanks to Dr. Morris and staff. THANK YOU does not seem like enough!! :) Dr. Morris and the staff at NFC are amazing! Loved the staff, Dr. Morris was great, clean comfortable office. I was actually sad to leave them and move on to my OB. I was diagnosed with endo at 21 had two edomitriomas removed (one on each ovary) which left behind little ovarian tissue. I had seen another local fertility specialist prior to Dr. Morris and while I liked the Dr. I really disliked the office staff. I decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Morris. He was honest with us at our initial visit on our chances of conceiving I was 39 when we started and 41 when we conceived. Our first round of ivf was before a month before COVID hit. After that we took a year off and went at again. The staff was amazing keeping the office safe and clean. The nurses helped walk me through a very stressful month of dealing with insurance and pharmacy issues, until I was finally able to get my meds to start treatment, and the nurses in the surgical center were extremely empathetic and caring, especially Barbie. They really made the process so much easier. Thank you to the whole team who finally gave us our chance at being parents. I highly recommend them! A good Dr. But his staff is ignorant rude and treats patients like garbage. The way they treated my wife was totally uncalled for.
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to IVF1 and Dr. Morris’s team!! We just welcome our baby boy thanks to everyone!
I don't even know where to start...THANK YOU! Thank you for giving us our son. We went through a year of IVF. Although there may have been things I didn't want to hear (chances of pregnancy, factors out of our control, etc.) it was important to hear the truth and know what our chances were. The staff was always great with us and they were very patient. They really have everything figured out and what the best options out for outcomes. I never felt pressured to make certain decisions and always felt well informed. Again, I can't thank Dr. Morris and all his staff for everything!!! I don't even know where to start...THANK YOU! BEST DOCTOR & STAFF! Dr. Morris is by far the best fertility doctor! When I transferred to IVF1 from my previous fertility doctor, he read all my medical records in depth. Never once did I feel stressed or unsure of what was happening. The entire staff there is so nice and make you feel so comfortable. It was so easy to schedule appointments, get medications, or ask a nurse a question. My calls were always returned within 20 minutes. I highly recommend IVF1! My wife and I called to have the consultation done, apparently we were a burden to the nurse who picked up. She seemed to be in a rush and showed no empathy! No thank you, we’ll take our business somewhere else.
I came to this Dr for help and because I was 38yrs old and not slender he dismissed me as if I was nothing. He only works on people who he believes will conceive just for numbers sake. He is not into it for the right reasons. I would have worked with him had he worked with me. He needs to retire and let a carrying Dr take over now. Never give up, never allow someone to dismiss u as if u are nothing. We are now adopting and looking forward to our new bundle of joy. To the Drs Response.. Let me make myself clear I was never given the option to consent or even your willingness to work with us. You did dismiss me and my husband. I thought you were my last chance and I left your office distraught and so sad but I never gave up hope. I just want you to know that despite your lack of compassion or help because of you Dr I will be a mother and a good one at that despite my BMI. If I could give 0 stars that would be better. My experience in this clinic was horrible. Let me first start by saying in a months time of having appointment after appointment for blood work and ultrasound, never once did I get a chance to meet the doctor or speak with him in a virtual meeting. He never reached out to me and it is not in the office protocol to at some point have a patient meet the doctor. First ultrasound was horrible and the tech was even worse. I do not think she has experience in how to properly do an ultrasound without putting the patient in extreme pain, nor would she explain why she needed to do something. She seemed very annoyed that the blood draw tech was taking too long for her and had to wait for me for 2 minutes. She had no compassion for her patients. I lost my pregnancy, they had no help in me conceiving because as I started care there I was already ovulating and ended up pregnant after the first day of blood work, but during a routine ultrasound to check placement of the pregnancy, the same tech found that it was ectopic and just blurted that out to me without compassion and sensitivity to the patient. Didn't even explain anything other than it is not in the right place. It is bad enough we can't have our spouse with us, why do they have to be mean too? She then continued for a couple minutes to use the ultrasound wand to hit the tube where the pregnancy was and ask if that hurt. Even after that ultrasound, the doctor who was in the very next room could not be bothered to come out of his office to meet with me and explain what all was going on. Hours later I got a call from a nurse who seemed to be annoyed explaining to me what my options are. again no compassion or empathy for the patient. Once I decided on the treatment I wanted, They scheduled it all for days later. Not really safe in my case. They made me go through hoops to get approved for surgery in their clinic. Even getting into an argument with a nurse for being so callus with me just hours after finding out I lost my pregnancy. but by that evening I was in so much pain and called the clinic after hours service. This was the first time the doctor spoke with me and he was less than helpful or supportive. He seemed uninterested and bothered. Needless to say I went to the ER and ended up in surgery a couple hours later because my condition had gotten worse. I got a call the next day from a nurse wanting to know the status. I explained the ER ended up wanting to do the surgery that night so the planned surgery with their office the following day would need to be canceled. She asked if the ER doctor would be doing a followup. I said they left that up to me either I can have to post-op with them or with Dr. Morris. She said Dr. Morris would be happy to meet with me and to call the front office to schedule it. for several days I have tried to call to schedule and they keep hanging up on me and no one ever called back to check on their patient. Just shows how unimportant their patients are to them. If I could give 0 stars that would be better. My experience in this clinic was horrible. I went to another office and it was not at all the oiled machine that this place is. They make it all seem so smooth when there is so many chances of complications. The staff at this office were rude, dismissive, and flat out refused to help me. My husband had a vasectomy years ago and then had prostate cancer, making a referral impossible. The billing department refused to submit a claim to insurance because they felt they would never approve IUI or IVF. They then refused to help us appeal. Amazing staff. They made us feel like family. They cried when I called to tell them the birth of our daughter. Starting round two next month. Simply the best. They care!
The staff is amazing here. I’m in the middle of IVF and had an issue with a medication and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to continue our journey (on the weekend no less); truly above and beyond. The staff are very caring and professional. Definitely recommend Dr. Morris and this amazing practice.
Every thing Dr. Morris and his team do is amazing. Procedures, appointments, and correspondence are planned and professional. They care about what they do and it shows in every aspect. Such a wonderful experience... especially since we just celebrated our beautiful daughters first birthday.
At 28 this doctor told me that I was having POF( Pre Ovarian Failure). He told me we needed to start IVF right away if I ever wanted children. This was obviously a huge shock and very stressful at the time. He ran a few blood test and 4 days later I received an email from his billing department asking for the full IVF payment without ever being sat down and talked through the process. All he wanted was our money. Our insurance was not covering this so I decided to get a second opinion with a highly reviewed specialist. This doctor was also concerned with my AMH levels but did not suggest IVF right away. He asked us to try naturally for a few months and then return if we had not conceived. A few months later I returned and within 5 minutes and a pelvic exam, he suggested I may have endometriosis. I scheduled surgery for the following month to have it removed. After the removal of endo, I received my period and I ovulated for the first time! I also became pregnant during that menstrual cycle and I am now 16 weeks pregnant!! Not only did Dr. Morris tell me I would never have children naturally, he told me if I did, I would most likely miscarry or have a child with down syndrome. This is fortunately not the case. He caused a lot of unnecessary stress and sent my husband and I on an emotional and financial roller coaster. I am so thankful for my fertility specialist! He continued to give us hope and faith and helped us conceive without spending our life savings. Please get a second opinion if you choose to see this doctor. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Morris and his incredible staff at IVF1. After a terrible IVF experience at another well-known, Chicago-area fertility clinic, I heard about IVF1. Thank goodness I did as I now have a beautiful baby thanks to them! There's many reasons IVF1 has some of the highest fertility rates in the country. Dr. Morris is extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable and a leader in his field. He also has built a high tech facility that ensures each patient has the best chance of a successful pregnancy (the facility technology, layout and air quality are very important factors that most patients don't think about during their fertility clinic searches). Additionally, his staff is AMAZING and for them, no question is a stupid question. You feel comfortable asking anything and they were always happy to spend time answering. They made a difficult process much easier. For those looking for a good clinic, know that approachable, patient nurses and staff is a rarity. At the clinic I was going to prior, most of the nurses seemed frustrated and annoyed whenever I had a question to the point that I was afraid to ask (and I barely asked any to begin with). Lastly, the IVF1 team is very buttoned up, which is also extremely important. They over-communicate (in a good way) and make sure every cycle runs as seamlessly as possible. Thank you to IVF1 - There was a reason several people referred me to you and I will continue to refer you to anyone I meet with fertility challenges! He is one of the best doctor i have ever come across. His staff is super friendly and his facility is out class. I highly recommend him for all those couples who are struggling with infertility issues.
My husband and I LOVE Dr. Morris and his staff. Great bedside manner, everyone is so warm and welcoming, and they are extremely accomidating. IVF has been an emotional rollercoaster but they have all made this experience worth it.
The practice wasn't friendly. I should have picked up on it sooner. We ran into issue of lots of testing, and when a problem was found, it was communicated merely through a message in the virtually useless portal they use. When you do get ahold of staff, they are abrasive, quick to get off phone with you, and are not sensitive. His excuse - "some people don't want to know everything." You should ALWAYS air on the side of caution when relaying the reasons people aren't able to conceive.
My first impression with this office and doctor was fantastic. When I first walked in everyone was nothing but friendly and professional. I immediately was happy with changing doctors. Then I got to meet the doctor and my goodness was I blown away. I love the fact that he did not try to sugarcoat anything. He was straight forward about everything with a lot of knowledge. He made me first the first time in a ivf clinic feel safe and not taken advantage of. My money isn’t what is important to him.

I was pissed off with these guys. Four time trying, 3 times completely failed. The medications prescribed are not right for specific patient body conditions. That's why no follicle grows at all. But they still misled me and did oval retrieval for nothing. And the last time, my embryo even went bad due to malpractice. They put my embryo in their small cheap refrigerator before sending out for gene examination, and then told me it went bad! They just care to make money from you. DR Morris and his team are amazing !!! my twins just turned 5 yesterday and it brought up memories from the whole IVF experience. We still send him christmas cards every year and will never forget what he did for us helping bringing our biggest joy to life.
It's been 14 years since we went on the fertility journey with Dr. MORRIS. We are forever grateful. He is a thoughtful, professional doctor who went above and beyond to help us conceive. We worked with him for about 13 months and without IVF we now have four beautiful children.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Morris and his entire staff. He is very knowledgeable and straightforward. He tells you exactly what needs to be done to raise your chance of success. Some people think he is arrogant and cold when really, he's just not a sugar coater. I would rather my doctor give me the ugly truth than waste my time with a pretty lie. His office is ran like a well oiled machine. Wait times are barely anything and same day results. I can't recommend Dr. Morris any higher. A++++
2nd opinion. Staff disorganized/not helpful when scheduling appt/asking basic questions. Emailed 10-15pgs of previous history/labs/IUIs 1 wk prior-he only looked at few, didn't review previous procedures/doses. he is knowledgeable but not friendly. Not optimistic, not thorough-only 1 protocol suggested(not ideal for my diagnosis). Pushed donor eggs even though I had not tried IVF & had son previously. After appt, you sit at computer to write a review on the spot. awkward/pressuring.not impressed
Staff is the best, Hai is hands down the best-appreciate his caring personality and his amazing skills. Dr Morris is extremely forthright and also evidence based which I prefer over a RE that gives you false hope and essentially beats around the bush during treatment. I can understand his personality is not everyone's cup of tea but his treatment yields results, all transfers were BFP for me so I am thankful for his expertise. Kim, his lead nurse, is also very responsive and informative.

Couldn't be happier to have found Dr. Morris and his staff. From Barbara and Jocelyne (reception) to the wonderful compassionate nurses. We can't thank everyone enough. They verify your ins. Before you even walk in the door and the billing dept. Is available to answer and questions you may have. Finally on our way to having our baby and I have Dr. Morris to thank for it.
Such a huge help, my wife and I had just about lost hope of having a child of our own. The staff was friendly and very informative. I was very nervous and had tons of questions but luckily Dr. Morris was patient enough to explain everything in detail. I can't imagine where we would be without Dr. Morris.

Dr. Morris is one of the worst human beings I've ever met. He is cold and heartless. The hypocritical oath means nothing to this man. He is all about the almighty dollar, creating humans is not his first priority. Patient health and well being also means nothing unless you are willing to pay way over and beyond what you are told you will be paying. If you question anything they are doing and why they are doing it you will be met with an attitude and even anger. If I could give zero I would

Not truthful about costs, never mentioned all procedures need to be done in his for profit surgical center (that is not affiliated with the the ANY health insurance company). Took all of our money and we never made it to the point of getting pregnant with our embryos because we can't pay for all the extra money they are demanding. It's all about the money with this doctor! If you really want a doctor that cares run from this one!

Dr. Morris is an arrogant doctor, and I would never recommend him. I met with him for our first consult, and all he did was talk about my weight the entire 35 minutes. He literally didn't give me 2 minutes to ask my own questions, and made me cry. He is very cold, and his horrible bedside manner is NOT the type I want on this already emotional and hard journey. The only good thing I will say is that his staff are all very professional(unlike him) and very sweet. AVOID this doctor.

I located Dr. Morris online as I was searching for a doctor to do a Fallopian Tube Recanalization procedure to unblock my tube. Once I entered the room he introduced himself; I sat down, and the 1st thing he stated was “your only option at this point is IVF”. He hadn't read my pathology reports and test results fully in order to make an informed decision. I believe Dr. Morris is a excellent choice if IVF is the right choice for you though.
