He was arrogant and condescending. He came to talk, not listen. He spoke to us like we were children or stupid. After a 15 minute lecture on the evils of pain medication, he then referred to pain management classes. He said that was all he could offer. I DO NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. My dog gets better pain management treatment.

Dr. Kreps is completely untrustworthy. He is smug and arrogant. He treated me like a child and spoke in a condescending tone. He even belittled my socioeconomic status when I told him I could not afford a specific treatment that might help my pain.

DR. Kreps takes care of me at least 20 yrs. He is knowledgeable, caring, explains procedures in details and always gives me different options.I feel safe and comfortable, and i am in good hands with Dr. Kreps care.I will continue with Dr. Kreps to take care of me. Gladly i would recommend to others. Thank You, Milan Petrusich
