Dr. Randy Nihal Karu

I have been driving longtime in the heavy rain to here, because I want to see the 5 stars doctor, but the person in front of desk, she told me that they don’t receive cash patients, they just receive insurance patients. I am very disappointed, the duty of the doctor is to help patients to solve physical problems, because I am a foreigner and I am not eligible to buy insurance, but I said I can pay cash, they refused to me just because I have no insurance, if all the doctors only If they treat patients with insurance, should our uninsured patients go home and waiting die? There is no humanitarianism, and the professional ethics of doctors is lost. I just pay cash, it's not that i don't pay, Is cash guilty?

Dr Karu has been my doctor for many years now and during this period he ha treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Unlike other doctors I've had in the past Dr. Karu takes the time to listen and help you with your needs. I highly recommend him to be your doctor too!

Dr Karu and his team have exceptional bedside manner and have done an amazing job at caring for my dad. Happy and Healthy. Office is also nice and clean. everyone has socially distanced.

Great caring professional-simply the best

always gives you the treatment plan to get you back on your feet.

I have never been to and treated by a more thorough, considerate and warm team of individuals. I am happy to have found such a great practice.

Great knowledgeable doctor. I have been his patient almost 30 years. He's the best!

Dr Karu is my new favorite Dr! He actually listens to me, doesn’t rush me and appointments are easy to make online. Highly recommend Dr Karu

Friendly staff, short wait time and the Dr actually listens to you. Dr Karu is very kind and shows genuine concern, care and compassion. I’ve only been once but will be back.

Dr Kari is a very caring person .

He shows concern regarding your health and always follows up with you. Very professional.

Hands down the best doctor I have ever had. The staff and Dr. Karu made sure I was taken care of when I needed it the most.

Dr Karu cares about his patients. Takes the time to really understand how your feeling. Explains all the possible treatments. Staff is efficient and courteous when you need help!

Dr. Wilbert Tsai is by far the best Family Doctor I have had. He's sincere and actually listens which is hard to come by these days. He started doing laser and other cosmetic skincare in his office. As a Pomona Valley Hospital associate we do get a special rate! So I have definitely taken advantage of that. Thank you Dr. Tsai for what you do for your patients you go above and beyond. Dr. Karu has been my primary care physician for many years, and I could not be happier with the service he has provided. For example, on my last visit he informed me of the availability of a new shingles virus and we had a detailed discussion of whether or not I should get it that took my entire clinical picture into account. I've learned not to expect this sort of care from most physicians. The office staff is also excellent - extremely competent and very accommodating

Dr Karu failed to look at test results of my father, for 2 months. Then panicked and ran him into surgery. His care was totally mismanaged. Fluid overload of 30 liters. Second surgery, kidney failure gut failure, mrsa. Too much to explain. He was hospitalized for over 2 months. Dr Kari and the surgeon disappeared from his care. Never saw them , dr Kari then calls my mother one year and a day after is death, to see how she was( statue of limitations expired ..right!) . lawyers wouldn't touch it
