Customer service is excellent I enjoy going to jars here in New River and in Phoenix Arizona
Lied to me about getting my scripts' filled at last visit. I have 6 different scripts issued by another doctor. Doctor Hancock told me that he would fill them as needed when they needed filled. Now one is do and he refuses to fill until he see's me again. I don't have two hours to waste every time I need a new refill. Flat out lied.
I just wish every doctor office had a luala... I have never had a physician ever tell me what was the real problem that I was suffering with... She had changed my life,.. Thank you luala you are the best,. way beyond the rest...
Dr. Hancock saw me over his lunch hour since I was in severe pain. He diagnosed my gall bladder problem when several other doctors and a hospital couldn't. He got me scheduled with an excellent surgeon immediately. He also diagnosed my thyroid cancer. He is a friendly, caring doctor that listens to his patients.

Very dedicated to his patients. He is willing to make an individualized health plan based on your wants and needs, whereas other doctors will just give you a “one size fits all” plan. Wait time is a little longer, this is because he spends a lot of time with his patients and really listen to them. Sometimes this means you need to wait a bit longer to get in.

Wonderful Doctor! Actually listens to what is wrong and really cares about his patients.
He takes time with you to find out what your problem and takes care of it. Your not just another body with him that he wants to run you through for the money.He's dedicated in what he does.
