Dr. Randy Simpliciano Alejo

Since I started seeing Dr Alejo he has come off as very “matter of fact” and does not listen to my concerns. He prematurely diagnosed me with things that ended up not being accurate, and if I did not see MFM I may have lost my baby…he also tells me one thing one visit and the next visit he denies ever telling me those things. After numerous mishaps, I have decided to change my doctor.

He's amazing... His nurse is amazing.. Caring team that listens and cares!

Dr Alejo worked with my specific needs with care and positivity. He performed my C-section and I had an amazing experience. My prenatal care was also thorough. Appointments sometimes go later than scheduled and often only 15 minutes of actually visit time but this is to be expected in just about any OB office.

Does not explain test results to patients and does not listen to when patients explain past medical history. More worried about his paycheck and reputation than actually helping.

Literally almost killed our baby. He ignored multiple lab results clearly pointing to cholestasis until we explicitly asked about it (thankfully we did our own research). My wife also had borderline preeclampsia, high heart rate, and chest pain that he didn’t take seriously. We did get a cardiologist referral, but Alejo changed his mind appointment to appointment as to whether or not the cardiologist’s opinion should be listened to. He said to insist on treatment one visit only to change his mind and “defer to the cardiologist” at the next one. He practically refused to weigh in on whether or not we should do a C-section, saying simply “what do you want” even when we asked for his opinion directly. He never seemed to remember the issues were brought up at prior visits, it was almost like reset every time. We always felt rushed by him and had to push practically every time to get common lab work run. If you value your life, or the life of your unborn child, SEEK CARE ELSEWHERE!!

Best doctor I have ever had! I’m so glad he was there through both of my pregnancies!!!

Dr. Alejo and his staff were absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and professional while at the same time very personable & friendly! Dr. Alejo performed my total hysterectomy and everything couldn't have went better with the surgery! Six weeks later, I am feeling great and almost completely healed. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Alejo!

Amazing Provider. Always consistent with care. Very thorough and detailed in explanation. Availability is a plus. Willing to call you out of business hours. Nurse Sarah is amazing and compassionate!

The most comfortable I have ever been when going in to get my annual and papsmear. Front staff, nurse and doctor were all really nice and easy to talk to and make conversation with. Dr. Alejo explained everything extremely well. There's even a small separate changing room in the exam room so you don't have to worry about anyone walking in on you mid dress. It's taken me years to find a gynecologist I like after my past favorite moved out of state. This is definitely where I'm going from now

He was an amazing Dr with the prenatal care of my pregnancy with my now two year old son. He answered every question and calmed every concern. I have recommended him to several friends. :)

I only went to Dr Alejo because of good things my sister and mom had said about him. He is my go to OB, I wish he was my doctor for everything. He was so great during my first pregnancy and I guarantee you, he's a great doctor
