Dr Zane is fantastic. However, the supervisor of the office is absolutely terrible, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Customers are what keep his business ruining, yet, she is running off his customers that have returned repeatedly. I have gone back to see him years later. But to to their office supervisor, I will not be retuning. I know others who will not return due to her poor customer skills. She needs to be replaced.
Great ! He has treated my husband for Service connected Bilateral Sensorineural Hearing loss for about 11 years. He ihas improved his comfort and already deplorable hearing by placing a tube in ear to relieve fluid and pressure. No one saw this as an option to improve my husbands situation.

Dr Randall Zane is the best He made me feel at easy about my sons surgery He is a great doctor and even looked in my ear when I said something was wrong lol!! He's for sure one of a kind!!! The wait in the waiting room is kinda long but getting in to see him is easy and I've never had an issue with his nurses! If you're worried about your babies being safe during surgery or have any doubts about the surgery he'll 100% fix that!! I had a HORRIBLE experience with this Doctor!! I was Hyperthyroid which was causing me to have esophageal spasms because of severe anxiety. He said nothing was wrong with me. He FIRED me because my heart rate would always be elevated. Remember I told them I was Hyperthyroid which increases the heart rate and gave me severe anxiety. I went to an Abdominal Specialist and he said yes I was having SPASMS and was upset that Doctor Zane FIRED me for having a MEDICAL CONDITION!!!!!!
