Staff is very friendly, upbeat, and organized. Procedure was handled well and checked repeatedly for proper healing.

I don’t typically leave reviews. However, Dr. Stastny and his phenomenal team paid such a high quality of care and attention to my dental concerns that a “public” thank you is warranted. Dr. Stastny handled the extraction of all of my wisdom teeth and it was a super positive experience from consult, to extraction, to aftercare. Subsequently, I found myself in need of additional dental care that might involve areas of Dr. Stastny’s expertise. His team listened carefully to my concerns and were expeditious in scheduling a consult with Dr. Stastny. I chose to return to Dr. Stastny because of his extreme professionalism and his superior ability to identify issues and potential solutions with care and compassion. Thank you Dr. Stastny! I had an issue with a tooth I had extracted a week ago. I called the office in the morning and they were able to see me that afternoon. Everyone was good to work with. I recommend them for your needs.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made me feel at ease. Dr. Stasny diagnosed my problem and resolved my issue within a few minutes. He went on to explain cause, prevention, and steps to complete healing. Priced VERY reasonably. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any issues.

I was referred to another dentist but was not impressed with their attitudes. I called Blue Ash Oral in hopes of getting a quick appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed, which were rotting and crumbling from my mouth. I call on Thursday, last week. I have my consult on Monday, and my procedure today! I expected so much more. More, in the sense of horrible. I have had single tooth extractions that has caused me more issues and pain than having all 4 wisdoms cut out at this office. The staff is ABOVE AMAZING and the Surgeons are phenomenal! 100% will use them again, if needed for future. My only complaint is the extreme smell of cinnamon in the lobby. Being allergic to cinnamon, I was very uncomfortable due to breathing, itching, and headache. FIVE STARS FOR BLUE ASH STAFF AND SERVICE!!! If it was possible to give him ten stars I would. Dr. Stastny and his staff are the best. They make sure you understand what is going on, and he even personally calls to follow-up the night of your surgery. I had a tooth extracted for a dental implant, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Totally satisfied!!

Had to take off two stars for the intolerable front desk lady. Dr. Stastny and his dental assistants are wonderful, professional and kind. They do a really good job of explaining things & my extraction went well. The front desk girl, however, is so extremely rude. Whether in person, or over the phone, I dread speaking to this woman. I almost took my business elsewhere just to avoid her attitude. She has such a terrible attitude and speaks to people with such disdain and disrespect. Such a difference from the other people working at this office! I believe they can do much better and hire someone who’s better with customer service/satisfaction. Dr Stastny did a great job with my dental extraction. I didn’t feel a thing! Office staff is very friendly and competent.

This office is incredibly well run. The staff is kind and caring. The Dental Assistant talks you through everything. She is incredible! Dr. Statsny is so kind, skilled, painless, and quick I would recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery. It was the first time I had a dental procedure and didn’t have anxiety!

Had an appointment and when I showed up, the office was closed. I left a message a week ago with my contact info at the phone number posted and never received a return call. Now I have a dental emergency and zero returned call. Very poor follow-up. I had 3/31/21 from the referral, so there was a miscommunication someplace. However, I did leave a voicemail at your contact number on your office door and never received a return call, email, or any other communication in reply from that day. Dr. Statsny is a great oral surgeon. Had two procedures done by him over the past 7 months and both were virtually painless. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the office staff is not particularly friendly, although they are knowledgeable and efficient. 8/14/2020 Had a problem with an old implant due to bone loss. His staff got me in right away. Dr. Stastny quickly evaluated the situation and painlessly extracted the old implant in a matter of minutes. He is absolutely the best oral surgeon ever!! Dr. Statsny is a great oral surgeon. Had two procedures done by him over the past 7 months and both were virtually painless. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Dr. Stastny removed my #2 molar in 10 minutes, no pain! Really! I was very nervous! It was very quick and I was relieved. Dr. Stastny is the Houdini of dentists! The staff are all great and really friendly. The office is nice and very clean!

The office is very clean, and Dr. Stastny did an excellent job removing my wisdom teeth. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, I’ve had very little pain during recovery, and there have been no issues with healing. From the moment you walk in the door, the entire staff are all incredibly warm, kind, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. My husband James Rouse ended up having a dental emergency after having 4 teeth removed at another dental office (not the fault of dentist but due to cellulitis). He was hospitalized for 2 days, released, then had to return to emergency room and was referred to Dr Stastny. He was in severe pain and the Office managed to work him in the next morning. The staff and Dr were wonderful and forthcoming about expense and willingness to work with us if need be. The cellulitis had turned into an abscess and needed to be drained. Due to Diabetes and Cellulitis it was difficult to get him completely numb. The Dr already had a commitment to other patients and he managed to work on my husband and relieve the pain. Did not appreciate the fact that I had to pay for a consultation visit when my regular dentist had already told me to have the tooth extracted. I think it was a way to make more money. I had a molar extracted and a bone graft added. The procedure was managed in an efficient and caring manner by Dr. Stastny. The staff is knowledgeable with and provided excellent attention and care.

I am very new to the greater Cincinnati area and had a dental emergency on a Monday night. First my husband got me in with his dentist (Dr. Andrew Harris with Fountain Square Dental Care - also excellent!), on Tuesday morning, who then asked Dr. Stastny's office to fit me in. By 10:30 that same morning I walked into Dr. Stastny's office. I was greeted by a lovely woman who told me it was going to be fine. Mimi, Dr. Stastny's nurse/medical asst (was in a lot of pain so details are sketchy) was absolutely wonderful. By some miracle she had me laughing in a few minutes. Dr. Stastny's was warm and funny and focused on getting me feeling better. Within a couple of hours I was home and feeling 100% better. Excellent results and very satisfied. Needed to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Was able to be seen for initial consult same week my dentist brought the issue to my attention. Appointment for surgery was 2 weeks later. Surgery was quick and I was back in bed in a flash. Very little pain or discomfort aside from the expected. I highly recommend Dr. Stastny . He is a kind, compassionate and excellent oral surgeon. I opted to have local anesthesia for my extraction. His concern for my discomfort level and his communication during my procedure made all the difference. His assistant Mimi was so personable and even hugged me afterwards. I had an Implant procedure in Nov 2019. Dr Stastny was very professional yet also personable and obviously cared about my total implant experience, including recovery. Heidi ( surgical assistant) was also professional yet very warm and caring. She did her utmost to keep me as comfortable as possible during the implant procedure. Before I knew it, the procedure was over and I did not feel any discomfort at all. Homecare instructions were discussed in length as well and also sent home with me in written form.
