Dr. Randall G Shue

This place is horrific never answer calls the receptionist has a nasty attitude they don't even perform the physicals properly and there is a large amount of disregard for the patients. I have to call up to five times at a given days notice just to process an appointment. Literally was coughing up blood these negligent health care team is complete rubbish. I'm going to drop this pcp and make an immediate complaint to LA Care.

I usually get treated by the NP. I never realized how bad this office was till now. I called for a phone consultation for a dermatologist referral, was told the NP wanted to see me first went in for abnormal skin texture asking for a dermatologist referral. The NP felt qualified enough to misdiagnose me and give me acne medication. Now I have severe acne. Called again for dermatologist referral and she still wanted to have me come in. Had to wait another whole week just for her to say I do need a dermatologist. But now I had to wait for the dermatologist referral in the mail for 2 weeks. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received anything. On top of that I’ve called their office over the course of a whole week and no one answers. I’ve made a total of 6 phone calls and waited 2 months to see a dermatologist and still have not seen one. I am definitely switching primary doctors. This is truly frustrating and now I’m spending hundreds trying to treat severe acne on my face that shouldn’t even have happened in the first place. I usually get treated by the NP. NP Nadia Omar is the rudest medical Professional, if that’s what you want to call her. She looks down to you as you are speaking to her. We went in to see her for a concerning matter and basically she had no concern for our well being at all. I will Never come back here again. We love Dr Shue, but honestly he needs to get rid of his NP, because he will loose business! And that’s sad, because he does not deserve that. But, no one should have to tolerate how we were treated today. As far as the nursing staff, they should go with her too!!! Outstanding patient care. Dr Shue takes the time needed to make sure you understand your results. Trusting good feeling about how you are in good hands with Dr. Shue and his staff. I have been with Dr. Shue for years and always have been treated with respect and good care.

If I can give a zero I would .!!! Dr. Nadia Omar is the rudest heartless inconsiderate person I've ever met .. She talks to you as if your beneath her & can careless how much pain you are in . So beware of this lady ! I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy .

This office needs to speed up their service with their patients. Waiting time is over an hour. My appointment was at 10:30am, I didn't get called in until 11:00am, and I am currently still waiting for the doctor and it is now 11:30. I'm not sure what it is, but yall is getting paid good and big money, I am not trying to be rude but please help your sick patients ASAP and stop taking y'all sweet time! Thanks. Dr. Shue Randall is an excellent doctor Highly recommended for children and adults physician. Hes been my doctor for years and he always knows how to handle any kind of medical issue.

They scheduled my appt on the wrong day! They gave me two options I selected an option, same day as my son's Doctor's appt (somewhere other than this place. Thank God!!) thinking I can kill two birds with one stone, since I have to take the day off. I arrive 20 mins prior, as instructed (15mins actually, but I don't like to be late, so I arrived earlier than what they suggested) when appt was made, for paperwork since it was my first time there (and last). Come to find out that they don't even open until my actual appt time!! So I'm thinking...great, now my appt is being pushed back a bit, no biggie, it's a docs office appt delays happen. I sign in once the doors open, along with 3 other people (in which I thought how can the doc see 4 people at once, with 10am appts, but whatever I needed to see the doc). I wait to be called or instructed on what to do since I signed in on the "first time here" clipboard and then sat and waited. After 15 mins of waiting, I ask the desk person if I should be filling out any paperwork since its my first time and i figured I might as well do the pw while I have to wait. So she asks for my name (to which I realized signing in meant nothing because she would have seen my name) and that's when she pulled up my info and said...your appt was last week!!! I said "No, it's today!" To which she replied, "we have you down for this day last week." In my head I'm thinking, the girl effed up my appt date which I had her verify and was stuck in my head because it was also my son's bday which was also his doc appt day as well!!!!!! I said okay fine whatever and left! I read the bad reviews before and tried to avoid this place as much as possible but it was what was available until my new doc(the one I changed to) would take effect about a month out. But I really wanted to see a doc and thought this place would treat new patients better, for repeat business. Nope! So will I be back? Nope! Do I recommend? Nope. If you enjoy horrible and disrespectful service, visit this location! As a new patient, the employees hired by Dr. Shue were unprofessional and incompetent. I would expect none the less from the doctor that hired them. Worst customer service in my life. You could find better employees at a dumpy motel. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, it was even worse. The person I contacted named Javier was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me because he "didn't want to talk" and handle my concern. Coming from a professional background, this behavior was uncalled for as the situation was a minor issue that could have been easily resolved with a decent attitude. Since the doctor is directly responsible for his staff, expect the same service from him! I suggest finding another location at a clinic that treats its sick patients with courtesy and respect.
