This was my 1st & very urgent visit with Dr Ow and his staff. They are -all- Great ESPECIALLY Dr Ow. The Exact Kind of Dr you want when you have ear hearing trauma or needs. Extremely knowledge across a breadth of medial issues that can affect hearing (there are a lot!). Check in was easy of course and DJ the Audio Specialist helped me thru the ear tests as I didn't "Get it Right" the first time, & he was patient and was just really good at helping me out to complete the test. Really a Good Guy. And Alvina who did the interview questions, really awesome, easy, explained all. Robin (I think that was his name?), was a PA aiding Dr. Ow directly & was great at answering all the questions I had. I highly recommend Dr Ow and his Awesome Team. I was nervous with this new hearing trauma & Dr Ow explained the choices the possible outcomes and helped me choose the best plan of action. I'd Do It Again. Probably the BEST Dr experience I've ever had (I have had many!) Thank you So Much.

Dr. Oh and his team are very thorough and take the time to answer all questions. He went above and beyond to let my daughter observe a procedure (with the other patient's consent of course!) so she could understand what it entailed before making the decision to move forward. Highly recommend!

We are so grateful for a referred to Dr. Ow. He’s an expert ENT - he diagnosed my teenage son’s sinus issue quickly, answered all our questions, and then cancelled his day off to perform sinuplasty that has basically eliminated the awful sinus infections. My son has now had severe tonsillitis multiple times and again, Dr. Ow to the rescue! Fitting in last minute appointments, super attentive, and caring. If you’re sitting on the fence about getting hearing aids- here’s our testimony. My husband and I have really good communication skills, except when he can’t hear me! I was repeating myself countless times. And he was wondering why I was yelling- because he couldn’t hear me- plus I was frustrated! Fast forward- he got an exam by Dr Ow; found out my husband’s hearing problems could be addressed with technology and we got hearing aids through his excellent assistant, Sarah. Dr. Ow took great care of my wife. He was able to squeeze us in almost immediatly for a surgery that was time sensitive. We took our son in to see Dr. Ow for a cyst that had developed. He was was incredibly knowledgeable and took extra time to explain what was happening and what we should expect. Surgery went very smooth and the incision site is healing great. I would recommend Dr. Ow to anyone with children. He will work with you to make sure you get the care your child needs. Horrible experience!! He charted that he explained all procedures and risks for our 3 year olds ear tube surgery when he did in fact not explain a single thing. Flat out lies to cover himself. He was very rushed and seemed more interested in billing authorizations than our 3 year olds care with his chronic ear infections. I wouldn't trust this guy with my cat let alone my child...

So I’ve had several nasal surgeries with a little success here and there but in the long run my congestion/nasal blockage always returned. I went through 7 different procedures and 4 different ENT’s. I was completely dependent on Afrin type nasal sprays 24/7 just to be able to breath through my nose. As of today I am year post nasal surgery with Doctor Ow and I’ve never felt better. I can breath very well through both sides of my nose and for those of us who couldn’t, you know how much that means in every day life. Doctor Ow literally changed my life!! I am completely off of all nasal sprays and steroids, I don’t have to take ibuprofen anymore as the headaches and pressure are no longer. I was absolutely miserable before. Dr Ow has been an incredible doctor to our family over the years. He has performed life changing procedures. The personalized care that he provides makes you feel welcomed and well cared for.

I have suffered from nasal obstruction, breathing problems, chronic congestion, snoring, and interrupted sleep for years. I knew I needed to do something about this, but having had two invasive sinus surgeries, I was less than excited about the idea of having another. After a thorough examination and medical history, Dr. Ow suggested I consider a noninvasive procedure called VivAer. While I was not overly hopeful, I decided it was worth a try. This is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made! The procedure was simple, fast, and relatively painless. The results are nothing short of miraculous! By about 3 weeks post procedure my chronic congestion is gone, breathing problems gone, snoring gone, and sleep interruptions gone. It is simply amazing. I couldn’t be happier. I owe the staff at Sac Ent a big thank you for handling scheduling, answering all my questions, and making sure the procedure was covered by insurance. My complaint is not with Dr.Ow, my complaint is with the staff of Dr.Ow. I had to help my brother-in-law find a doctor for a broken jaw that had happened the Friday before. The staffing of Dr. Ow did not even have the decency to call my brother inlaw over the course of 7days to let him know that they don’t handle these types of jaw breaks, even though his referral had been sent there on Monday. My brother-in-law had already called two times to ask if they had received his referral from his GP, and when they didn’t know what the appointment was for he had to inform them it was for a specialist appointment for a broken jaw. By the 3rd call which was Thursday almost a week after his accident, someone finally said oh yeah we don’t do those types of breaks. This is extremely inconsiderate and also extremely harmful to somebody who’s jaw is starting to heal together as we speak. He’s now having to start over and find another doctor. I don’t know About you but if you’ve ever gone an entire week with a broken jaw and trying to make your own appointments, it’s extremely painful. Super disappointed in this office staff. It would be nice if they were able to be considerate enough to Keep their patients informed when calling to find out If the referral has been received and if this doctors office actually performs those types of procedures. I would hope that Dr.Ow would review who he has working his office, because this is absolutely ridiculous. I recently fractured my cheekbone due to a scooter accident. After being told that there was nothing to do and to let it heal on its own, I went to another office who referred me to Dr. Ow. After taking a look at my scans he got me into surgery right away, as the bone was broken inward and was preventing me from opening my mouth. The surgery went very smooth and I felt immediate relief afterwards. I was worried about having a permanent scar on my face, but Dr. Ow was able to make the incision in my hairline, and it is completely covered. Dr. Ow was a very arrogant person . He acted as though I was wasting his time. When I would ask him a question about my situation , he just shrug his shoulders and look at me like I was a idiot. He then told me to google it. Wow . That was it, I ended up leaving his office very confused and sad.

Chronic Sinus infections, nasal polyps. Dr. Ow is current on new therapies to manage complex sinus conditions. He listens to his patients and takes the time to explain what is causing underlying problems, and possible treatment options. (Both surgical and non- surgical options)

After 15 years of misery, not being able to breath,eat,smell or eat( try to eat with your nose pinched off, not fun) I was first introduced to DR.Ow through a clinical trial study for nasal. My hopes never get to high with all the past procedures,pills and spays that’s where only short term bandages. After half a year of no results from the study, Dr. Ow would encouraged me to stick it out. The next half of the study a apparently received the new drug and not a placebo, I had almost immediate results. The next 6 months where fantastic as the trial came to a end. The best part of this is how hard Dr. Ow worked with my insurance company and the drug companys to get me continued support. My polyps have shrunk down to almost nothing, I haven’t had sinusitis senses I started. No matter what your condition is, this man has a deep down concern to help. I would ( and do) recommend his services all my friends and family. I’m a new man. Thank you sooo much Dr. Ow.

During my visit, I explained my issue to the assistant and she explained to the doctor. I could hear the doctor standing outside my room while assistant was explaining. Just listening to the assistant he made his mind that nothing is wrong and not even talking to me. He came said nothing is wrong and he was in a rush to go back. Only spent like 5 min and left. They charge so much money by billing insurance a complex visit but they dont spend required time and dont listen to patient. A patient comes only to see a dr and spend money when they have some issue, its so unethical for the doctors to mint money and not provide required service.

WARNING, do not work with this office. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Working with Dr. Ow's staff has been THE WORST experience I've had working with a medical office. I faxed my leave papers two weeks BEFORE my surgery, it's been two weeks SINCE my surgery and they still didn't fax iver my medical leave papers. My leave was denied and I missed out on $3K for my paycheck all because they could not simply fax a few papers. We called many times and left several messages. Most messages weren't returned, and when they did respond, they'd assure my wife and I that the papers were going to be faxed over that day. I finally had to show up in person once I had recovered from my surgery and they gathered the papers within a few minutes. I asked them why it took so long. Their response: we have no excuse...Ok so that's it?! No offer to help make things right? No offer to call my leave specialist (who tried to contact you at least 3-5 times) and apologize? No advocacy for your patients....nothing?! Sorry, but the lack of professionalism of the office staff is not worth engaging with this practice. Go elsewhere, anywhere else. Disappointing experience. I was sick with pneumonia, ears severely plugged, feeling tremendous pain. Not sure if the doctor was having a bad day. Maybe it was just me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The entire staff seemed cold, distant and disconnected. I had never been so sick in my life and was looking for some care, compassion, and assistance in becoming well and left the situation feeling like I was the problem. Dr Ow seemed standoffish. I visited that office twice and both times he admitted maybe he wasn't reading me right. Apparently. I was scheduled for a third appointment but I just couldn't see the value in facing him again. Dr. Ow was very nice....but I am afraid I cannot say as much for his staff. I was referred to Dr. Fife in this same office, but an appointment was made for me with Dr. Ow. I called Dr. Ow’s office to see if he could perform the same procedure as Dr. Fife, (a video stroboscopy), and I heard the girl at the other end ask someone else in the office if he did, she got an affirmative response, came back on the line and told me “Yes”, and so I confirmed the appointment. When I got there, one of his nurses (?) prepped me for some procedure, but I soon heard Dr. Ow’s voice on the other side of the door, telling these young women - once again - that HE does NOT do video stroboscopy’s and he then came in and very apologetically said he would help me to get into see Dr. Fife at the very earliest opening and see to it that my co-pay was refunded. Dr. Oh recommended and installed the Latera implants into my nose which was mangled from sports injuries and prior surgeries. I was unable to breath thru my nose, and after I could breath again. It was an amazing change in my life, sleeping, excersizing, and overall health improvment I thought not possible. He is the man.

For the past ten years I suffered with a post nasal drip that was non stop, annoying and embarrassing and every ENT specialist I went to said there was nothing they could do. I was referred to Dr. Ow and it was the best thing I could have done. He was the first ENT doctor that really examined my nasal passages, explained the procedures he was planning to do and was so patient and professional with my questions and concerns, After the minor surgery, I now can breathe freely without sniffling, coughing or expectorating. Dr. Ow performed a Latera implant for nasal airway collapse with a turbinate reduction at a nearby surgery center. Prior, Doc took his time answering all of my pre-surgical questions and laid out what to expect after. He was spot on. I experienced no post-op pain, as Doc said would most likely be the case. I can now breathe without reaching for a ‘breath right’ strip and only 2 weeks out. His entire staff, were knowledgable, courteous, and always available. Dr. Ow is a man of great knowledge and skills. He is Airway conscious and cares about the little ones with sleep breathing disorder. He asks the right type of questions. He is kind and listened to our concerns regarding my daughter's sleep apnea. He answered our questions with patience and care. Dr. Ow was able to expedite our Tonsil and Adenoid surgery. Dr Ow was so helpful with my son and his ear infections! My son had had double ear infection from three months to 12 months . We had seen our pediatrician at least twice a month for infections since he had his first infection at 3 months . We had seen another ENT who dismissed the need for tubes for my son after seeing him for less than five minutes. We had exhausted every antibiotic on the market and were desperate. Dr. Ow was recommended to us from a friend and he was every bit as amazing as we had been told. He was quick in agreeing that my son needed tubes as his hearing and speech were affected. The surgery was easy and he gave us wonderful aftercare directions. Since the tubes my sons language exploded and he is a much happier baby. He finally sleeps through the night and we have Dr. Ow to thank for that. He actually listened to me and my concerns and made me feel that he truly cared about my sons well being . Dr Ow is professional, gentle with the scope, and does everything he can to ensure you receive the results you were hoping for. Dr. Ow was great, quick but always answered everything and was open to me wanting the surgery instead of allergy shots. He explained my outcome and we proceeded.

The office was easy to find and Doctor and staff easy to work with????

I WISH DR.OW COULD OF FOUND WHAT WAS CAUSING MY HEALTH ISSUES. I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS FOR 17 MONTHS. HOPING TO GET THIS RESOLVED SO I CAN START FEELING BETTER.WILL HAVE TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR ABOUT THIS ISSUE SOON.
